Purchased items - M16 x 3.0 Nut

Operations - Cut the square mild steel plate of 0.25” thickness in a guillotine.
- Mark out all the holes as indicated in the part drawing and dot punch.
- Drill all the holes as specified in the drawing using a fixed column drill.
- Mark out the four slots and slot mill at the vertical milling machine.
- Machine the locating pin as specified in the part drawing at the center lathe.
- Machine the clamping bolt blank and use a M16 x3.0 die nut to cut threads for the specified
length. - Assemble with together.
- Purchase a standard M16 nut and a flat washer.
- Test functionality.
