Introduction
Public administrations are required in order to bring the cultural and political harmony within any locality. It has been seen that in order to indulge the help of the government in the progress of life style standards within the economy will not only induce the development of the economy. Understanding various economic factors will develop the local as well as domestic economy for Palm Bay will increase the potential benefit of the economy. Through the incorporation of public administration, the government of Palm Bay will definitely allow to bring legal and public policy issues are helpful in the sense that through the utilization of legal aspects. The government will be mainly aiming to highlight the potentiality of the economy so that they will be aiming to increase the development future policies.

The Locality that has been chosen for the purpose of the study is Palm Bay and Florida. Now the concept of the locale or locality is closely related with the demographic and economic information that are mainly related with the development of that area. On the other hand, through the development of demography the local government and the domestic government will be crucial in order to increase the backbone of the economy.

The Palm Bay, FL is having the population of 106,573 and is the 282nd largest city in the United States. The population density is 1,622 per square meter that is 453% higher than the Florida average and 1691% higher than the national average. The median age in Palm Bay is around 41 that is 2% lower than the age prevailing in Florida, median age of Florida is 42 and is 4% higher than the national median age of 37. About 55% of the population are having age of 15 and are married, and about 40% of them are having families with kids of age under 18. On the other hand, 87% of the population speaks English and about 9% of the population speaks Spanish. Whereas, Spanish-speaking people are more in Florida and the amount of the population speaking Spanish is around 21%. The above pool of information is showing the fact that the Palm Bay is mix of cultures and it has been seen that the demography of Florida is having more improvement. Even the prices of housings are also bit high. House having 2 bed room and 2 bath with 1580 SqFt is priced at $174980 and a house having 4 bed 2 bathroom and having 1820 SqFt is priced at $211,800.

About 62.30% of the races living within the Palm Bay are almost white peoples and 33% of the populations are mix of black people and Hispanic race. The education rate in Palm Bay is quite high too. About 90% of the populations who are aged 25 years and above have passed the high school and 16.1% have completed the bachelor degree. The number of populations who are having professional degree is 4.1% and the unemployment rate is 5.3%.

The average cost of the housing is more in Florida compared to Palm Bay city. On the other hand, the number of permits given to the Palm Bay city is more compared to the Florida. The number of housing permits that are giving to the Palm Bay is more compared to the whole US economy and this is showing the fact that demand from the economy on housing is increasing and people living in the economy, are enjoying increased level of income. On the other hand, through the development of resources utilization, the economy of the Palm Bay is moving towards the development of innovation that will not only indulge the improvement in the housing investment but will also maintain sustainability. In spite of such a high demand in the housing within the economy, the average income is decreasing and the increasing average cost is having impact on the economy due to increased level of unemployment. The incidence of the crime rate is not only posing fear but is also indulging the government to take better policies.
Economic Situation
In order to identify the economic situations in both the cities of Palm Bay and Florida the analysis of the of crime rates that are happening within the city is important to understand. It is significant in the sense that behind the development of the economy, the contribution of the minimized crime rate is significant. Through the development of resource development and resource distribution, the crime rate actually determines the impact of various factors on the development of the economy. Through the development of resource distribution the policies that will minimize the crime rate is possible.

The above graph is showing the figure of high murder rate in the year 2003 and after that, the city received more or less decreasing trend in murder. On the other hand, the overall rate of murder is maintaining constant rate within the US economy. It is important in the sense that through the development of strong policies within the government has allowed the country to indulge strong decrease in the crime rate and in the year 2009, the murder rate of Palm Bay and Florida were more or less same to same. Most of the economists and social activists claimed that this could be the effect of Global Financial crisis and due to the lack of employment opportunity, the crime rate of murder have increased as the young people were indulged in doing crime in search of jobs or in search of spendable amount of money.

The rape rate in the Palm Bay was more like wave shaped and the rate is quite high compared to the whole of US rate. On the other hand, the reason of such a high rate of crime in form of rape is more or less increasing from the year 2002 to 2016, this result is quite relatable with the number of married person at the age of 25, and they are having kids at a small age.

The theft rate is showing that Palm Bay rates are decreasing in nature compared to the US theft rate. The main reason behind the theft rate is increase in the number of police duties that have mainly couraged the economy to indulge in the development of economic up gradation that will not only highlight the importance of the resources and how the government is actually increasing its strong monitoring over the economy of Florida and Palm Bay. Increased and strong level of security is improving the standard of living within the city. The above figures are quite helpful in the sense that it will definitely increase the development of the resources and relocation of resources supporting the economic growth within the city.
Considering economic growth of the city, it is important for the city government to indulge the identification of the factors that are mainly responsible for the development of resources and the future opportunities that are lying within the city to accelerate the future growths in the economy.

The above diagram is showing the fact that in 2016 the most deserving industry that took place in Palm Bay is health care and social assistance. About 26% of the females were indulged in the health care and social assistance industries. About 14% of the females were indulged in the retail trade and about 8% were indulged in the manufacturing industry. It has been seen that in the city of Palm Bay the employment is segregated for both the genders. It has been seen that in order to increase the level of employment is highly important in the sense that through the development of government policy, the economy will be dealing with the improvement in technologies that will not only induce the economy to increase the employment participation rate but will also bring in equality.

the city of Palm bay City, 14% of the male populations are working in the
retail and construction industry. 13% of the employees are indulged in the food
industry and accommodation sector. Through the development of resource the
government is utilizing the upgrading factors of the economy and by this the
economy is going to increase the development of job opportunities for the males
and females. This is highly important for the improvement within the economy
because of the fact that the economy of Palm Bay is capable of dividing the job
market in the economy.

The government is continuously taking policies that will improve the financial management of the economy and they are taking the policies that are mainly designed for the people living within the city. On the other hand, through the resource distributions and channelization the city council is looking to be incompetent in solving the problems that are mainly helping for the development of city council and will be looking to incorporate development of resources. Through the development of financial positions and improving the economic situation of the city, the local and domestic level government will be mainly looking to improve the revenue structure of the economy. On the other hand, improving the overall resource is important and the city can improve the level of industry that the economy is mainly helping the improvement of better structure. It is highly important for the city to indulge the development of better place to live. It is highly important for the city to bring the peace and stability within them so that they can improve the production rate of the city. The state and federal government is mainly dividing their jobs and responsibilities by monitoring legislative and judiciary factors. They are responsible for the presentation of drafting the bills in front of the US congress. Not only this, the government of the US is also taking the responsibility of solving tax related issues. The state and federal government is also thinking about regulation in the price of the energies that will definitely release the pressure from the consumers’ level. Through the incorporation of better policies within economy will definitely bring the improvement in the legal policies that will not only increase the improvement in the economy. Through the development of resources, it will be crucial in the sense that both the development of administrative power and identification of factors that are mainly looking to incorporate the business in the city.
Governmental Atmosphere

In order to receive this prestigious award the Palm Bay is showing the fact that in order to indulge the development of the economy, the traffic signals are using the technology of LED lights.
Action Plan
Looking into SWOT activity will bring the development of better accessibility of the resources and the economy is mainly looking to increase the improvement in the security and better development. The city is receiving the development of the resources is mainly looking to indulge the development of resources. It is highly significant because of the factor that in order to increase the resource development it will be aiming to increase the development of better prediction in the economy. On the other hand, through the involvement of better accessibility of resources and provision of better security to the city those criminal activities can be minimized. They need to be involved the development of better policies that will increase the involvement of the policies that will not only indulge the government of the policies but will also increase improvement in the increase in the knowledge among human resources. Incorporating the big data will boost up the security and will automatically indulge the improvement in the resources and they will have to take actions in the form of minimizing unemployment rate by increasing the level of knowledge. They should increase the involvement of local stakeholders to improve the education level and they are looking to incorporate the development of economy.
In order to increase the effectiveness of actions taken by the government the economic growth is the only function so that the growth of the economy is the main instrument that is looking to indulge the development of economy. On the other hand, making a deep innovation using technological spillover will help the economy in using the better accessibility within the various economic projects that will not only increase the efficiency of economic growth. Not only this, the economy of Palm Bay is indulged into number of audits that are related with the environment. This has led to the development of energy saving technologies that will not only indulge the development of resources. Through the improvement in the innovation, the economy was bringing in the development of resources and taking the time to indulge the development of resources and they are aiming to increase the development of economic perceptions. inclusion of green economy. On the other hand, improvement in the technology
spillover will automatically include the development of resources and will
bring improvement in the economic ground.
