Mother Tongue

Different approaches have worked well with me where revision is concerned. The guidelines have taken a big chance during my revision, for I have had the opportunity to put away what is not so pleasing and doing a draft to provide the best correction. Additionally, I have had the chance to change my scenery. My writing and reading habits have significantly changed. The opportunity to do my revision again has encouraged new thinking to myself and the point where I feel well equipped. 

To effectively revise my critical analysis essay successfully, I have borrowed a revision strategy that is efficient for my revision. From it, I have gained the courage to work with modification without the fear of failing. Additionally, I have created exam conditions by coming up with questions that I consider possible in an exam situation. I then actualize my items by coming up with answers which describe a successful revision. By this, the revision strategy becomes effective.

According to the feedback provided by my instructor, there arises that the input is very influential, for it enables me to improve my reading and writing habits. I do this by changing the normality. Additionally, the feedback gives a detailed characteristic of changing my studying habits. The corrections, therefore, result in da many improvements. Now that I have received the feedback, I will change by incorporating the different revision styles to come up with the best way to attain the highest marks possible. 

Be it that my essay will be read by an audience, one type of audience which will benefit is the bilingual individuals. For the case of Mother Tongue, an article by Amy Tan, the people who speak two kinds of languages will be the most preferred audience because the author herself addresses bilingual certainties in her narration. Some of the characteristics of bilingual audiences are that they may be coming from different cultures that use two other languages. They may speak the two different languages well, and they may not. Lastly, they may mix languages (Tan, 1990).

Lack of fluency while addressing the audience is among the challenges that I face managing bilingual individuals. Also, the mixing of languages sounds inappropriate to specific individuals within the audience. It might sound unofficial at all. To efficiently connect with the audience, I can come up with different choices. I can communicate in a single language all through to make my communication more official. To make the bilingual people have a common thought, I can use the same language and emphasize on the same critical words for a common understanding by the audience (Tan, 2002). 

In conclusion, the “Mother Tongue” by Amy Tan communicates the best way bilingualism audiences can be treated. It is straightforward to express how perfect one can address the audience for a practical understanding.
