Regular group meetings were organized by me on Monday mornings regarding the completion of the project. Such type of meetings would help to communicate with the entire group & share their views on the common topic.

As a group leader, I took the responsibility to be prepared well in advance as well as organize & divide the work amongst all the group members. The rank given to me by the group member was 4.7 which I think is fairly well as compared to the hard work done by me in order to accomplish the project on time & with due quality.

All the members regarded me as a sincere, a responsible group leader who used to initiate & make all the members feel free to communicate, share their feelings across the entire group.

Being the group leader, I had always taken up the responsibility to call for regular meetings on Monday mornings in order to discuss regarding the project. Apart from the regular meetings, we all were connected through regular mails, telephone call & messages.

My contribution towards the accomplishment of the project has been praised. This could be seen by the score which my peers have given to me (4.5). The score given to me on the leadership is quite low i.e. 3.9, but this shows that I need to work upon this part in order to be successful in near future.

The peer evaluation has been quite fair. On an average the score which was given to me has been 4.7 & gives me the motivation to be the leader in future also.

My Strengths & weakness:

One of the strongest areas which are being highlighted by my peer group in me is that I am a hard working individual, actively participates in the discussion & has full knowledge in almost all the areas. I have always acted as a leader & helped whenever any group member loses its direction while doing the project.

Apart from the strengths, there were certain weak points which were pin pointed by the peers. Though, I never used to dominate the entire group, but everybody used to think that, the way I used to deal with the peers was not appropriate. The marks allotted in this section were 3.5 which was way below my expectations.
