General Policy

The work health and safety of all the employees in the company encompassing volunteers, employees along with clients and contractors and the visitors are important. Resources in accordance with the attached importance to the work heath safety will be attained for complying with all the important acts and regulations. This also makes sure that the place of work is safe devoid of any health risk (Ammendolia et al. 2016).

Management Responsibility

The management is accountable for implementing, developing along with maintaining under review in consultation with its employees along with organization’s WHS programs.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Officers

Officers are accountable for making sure that the company addresses its obligations within “World Health and Safety Legislation” through employing every due diligence in order to comprehend the work nature along with related hazards and making sure that suitable resources are allocated to control any uncertainty.

  • Senior management, supervisors and managers

All the managers is needed to make sure that this policy and any WHS programs that is developed along with efficiently implemented within the regions of control along with supporting the supervisors along with holding them accountable for their particular responsibilities (Ammendolia et al. 2016). It must also made sure that employees ate trained and supervised to address the needs and that they are consulted on concerns impacting the health and safety along with any issues they might have.

  • Workers

All employees encompassing volunteers, agency employees along with the contractors are required to co-operate with the WHS Programs and Policy to make sure their own along with health and safety within the workplace (Ammendolia et al. 2016). All employees will attain orientation training along with task based training where suitable.
