Writing an essay is not a very complex thing but only needs special care for the ability to convey the knowledge about the topic and clearly explain those understanding while writing the essay. As essay is a large project therefore, some steps must be considered take those appropriate, relevant and appealing to the reader. There are five simple steps which the writer can follow to get a successful essay. These are:
Firstly, the writer must pick a topic and decide whether the give a general overview of the topic and then to enter in depth of the subject (Redman & Maples, 2017).
Secondly, the writer must prepare an outline or diagram of the thoughts. This is due to the fact that while writing, even if the writer aims to touch certain aspects of the topic but either forget while writing or miss those points due to limitation of the length of the essay.
Thirdly, writing the body of the essay must be the first preference of the writer. This will help the writer to focus on the each main idea written in the diagram without missing out.
Fourthly, after writing the body, the introduction of the essay will be written because introduction actually include what points the essay will finally discuss. (Tiruchittampalam, et al,. 2018).
Finally, after completing the writing, the finishing touches must be covered. This will help to eliminate the errors in the writing. Through rereading the entire paper will reduce the grammar and spelling mistakes and maintain the smooth flow of the sentences.
