Contemporary Issues in Marketing: 936574

Introduction

In this paper, the discussion will be made on the concept of “Marketing Mix”. It has been observed that it is important for the companies to consider marketing mix concept has it can help in attaining success in the highly competitive market. Marketing Mix is one of the marketing tools that are used by the companies to pursue its marketing objectives. The concept also covers the four broad levels in context to the marketing decisions such as product, price, place and promotion. This concept also affects the marketing activity which directly focuses on the satisfaction level of the customers (Abril and Rodriguez-Cánovas, 2016). Therefore, this paper will highlight the in-depth analysis of marketing mix in reference to the other key marketing theories and its impact on the success of the marketing activity.

Nature of Marketing Mix

The nature of marketing mix can be defined by considering the major components such as product, price, place and promotion. One of the best in context to the nature of Marketing Mix can be of the Nestle Company.

  • Product Mix

In this factor, the brief analysis is made of the products which are offered by the company in the market. In the category of products, it can be observed that there are different beverages, milk products and chocolates are offered to the customers. In the beverage category, Nescafe is one of the most popular products of the company. In the category of Mil products, Nestle Slim and Nestle Milk are some of the milk based products of the company. Nestle also offer chocolate products such as Kit Kat, Munch, Milky bar and Polo. The two popular brand of the company are Nescafe and MAGGI and the competitors of the products are also present in the market like Bru and Sun feast Yippie (Dadzie et al., 2017).

  • Price Mix

It can be examined that price determine the sales of the products. The popular products of the company such as MAGGI and Nescafe are the leaders of the market and the process are set with higher margins. Nestle pricing strength is related with packaging and consumption based pricing. Nestle focuses on setting the competitive pricing, so that it could be easy to attain growth in the market (O’Cass and Heirati, 2015).

  • Place Mix

It determines the place from where the products are delivered or transferred to the customers. For example: Nestle consider FMCG strategy in context to distribution and also there is a process in relation to another distribution strategy considered by the company. The process starts from manufacturing, C&F agent, Distributors, retailers, consumer manufacturing, bulk buyers and at last consumers (Bahadir, Bharadwaj and Srivastava, 2015).

  • Promotion Mix

In this the strategies are considered that helps to promote the products in the highly competitive market. For example: Nestle promote the products through different sources such as social media marketing and also through websites. The company also emphasizes on the sale promotion by offering discounts and offers to the customers (Kotler and Armstrong, 2015).

Importance of Marketing Mix

It can be said that in the marketing process, marketing Mix plays an essential role. There are various points that explain the importance of marketing mix.

  • Market Mix assist in new product development

It is evaluated that at the time of designing the existing products, there are different ideas that can be related with the product that can be designed by the organization. The pricing, place and promotions can be different but at the time of designing the new product, it can be easy for the company to come up with the new ideas in relation to the new product development.  For example: At the time of introducing the MAGGI product, the Nestle company has considered the idea of new product development in which the management launched different flavors such as MAGGI OATS and Masala MAGGI Noodles (Chokshi et al., 2016).

  • The concept helps to bring improvisation in business

Marketing mix is one of the effective concept through which the companies can consider different techniques and methods which are beneficial for them. By considering the different P’s it can be easy for the company to bring improvisation in the working pattern in the workplace. With the help of marketing mix concept, it can be easy for the business to improve the functions and also it helps in considering the decisions which are beneficial for them (Liu et al., 2017).

  • Marketing mix assist in maintaining differentiation

It is analyzed that at the time of evaluating the marketing mix of the competitors, there are various ways that can be help in differentiating the products of the company from the competitors. The competitors can have in effective promotions but by evaluating, it could be easy to create better promotion for the products offered in the market. Also, in depth analysis can be made of the concept of marketing Mix is considered by the companies. For example: Nestle considered this concept and then brought modification by offering different flavors of MAGGI. It was done by in depth analysis through marketing mix and at that time they analyzed that there are also different companies such as yippee who are offering similar products, so to make differentiation the company focused on introducing the different flavors in the market (Datta,  Ailawadi and van Heerde, 2017).

  • Marketing Mix also helps to boost the portfolio of the products

To enhance the product depth or the product line, the management has to focus on making the minor changes in the products. The modifications are made in the features of the products, its pricing and also the promotions considered by the company. So, by making modification in the process of marketing mix and its features, it can be simple for the company to boost its product portfolio, which will directly impact the sales of the company in the highly competitive market. For example: Nestle has considered the strategy of bringing modification in MAGGI as there are many controversies that was aroused. So, at that time company considered the concept the concept of marketing mix and modified the MAGGI Product according to the need of the customers (Jain, Sanbonmatsu and Posavac, 2015). So, in this it is examined that brand portfolio of the Nestle company has been enhanced.

Marketing Mix and its impact on the success of marketing activity

It has been observed that marketing mix is considered as an important tool that helps in creating the right marketing strategy. Also, it is one of the effective tools that assist in implementing the effective tactics. It can be observed that marketing activities are considered by the companies so that it could be easy to promote the products and services in the competitive market. Marketing mix consist of the 4P’s of the marketing strategy. It is created so that it could be easy for the company to achieve the marketing objectives by offering the customers with the value,  The 4P’s in relation to the marketing mix is related with establishing the position of the products within the target markets. If effective marketing mix is not considered then it will be difficult for the companies to manage the activities at the time of marketing (Baker and Saren, 2016).

The success of marketing activity is related with marketing mix because marketing is defined as the sum total of the operation engaged in the efforts to create and sell of the products and services to the consumers. The activities are also designed in reference to product, pricing, packaging, selling and promotion. It has been observed that marketing mix helps to offer the right decision to the management. The marketing activities are designed by analyzing the factors related to the products, price, place and promotion offered to the customers. By analyzing the needs of the customers, it could be easy for the company to offer the right product, price and promotion in the market (Baines, Fill, Rosengren and Antonetti, 2017).

SWOT ANALYSIS as marketing theory

One of the marketing theories that impact the success of the marketing activity is related with SWOT ANALYSIS. This is one of the effective marketing theory that assist the company to achieve success by analyzing the different concepts such as Strength, weakness, threats and opportunities. It is important for the company to evaluate the different factors in relation to the strength, weakness, threats and opportunities so that it could be easy to positively impact the marketing activities. By evaluating these factors, it could be easy for the company to consider the right marketing strategy. SWOT ANALYSIS is one of the effective business strategies as it helps in considering the right decisions which are directly influenced by the marketer. The elements such as strength, weakness, threats and opportunities, provide the marketers an opportunity to have better understanding in relation to the business environment (Ahmed and Rahman, 2015)

SWOT ANALYSIS also helps the marketers to maximize the satisfaction level of the customers. It is noted that by considering the concept of SWOT ANALYSIS it would be easy to have in-depth analysis of the internal factors that will help in marketing activity.  It is analyzed that the marketing theory in relation to customer satisfaction is related with the strategies considered by the management.

Example of the Nestle Company in reference to the marketing theory (SWOT ANALYSIS)

Nestle focuses on the marketing theory related to SWOT ANALYSIS. In reference to the strength of the company is related with strong geographic presence in the market. The company has the large market share due to which it is easy to achieve growth. Also, the company has more than 8000 brands under the different ranges such as Coffee, breakfast cereals and soups. The weakness is related with brand structure in which the company has many brands under the same umbrella and this creates conflict of interest.  The company is also involved in the controversies such as Nestle baby formula boycott, child labor suppliers and chocolate price fixing and these controversies has negative impacted the marketing activities.  Opportunities in relation to the Nestle company are concerned with expanding market, boost the income levels and also to manage the ethical issues, the company focuses on research and development. The threats faced by the company are high level of competition and also the price of commodities (Kotler et al., 2015).

Therefore, it can be stated that these marketing theories assist the companies to achieve success and also it helps the management to consider the right option. With the help of the effective marketing activities, the customers can easily gain the information of the company and also the satisfaction level of the customers can be boosted effectively. Therefore, it can be said that marketing mix should be considered by the company so that it could be easy to manage the activities of the company effectively (Wu and Li, 2018).

Conclusion/ Recommendation

It is recommended that to achieve success in relation to the marketing activity with reference to the customer satisfaction it is important to consider the different strategies, as it helps to manage the entire activities of the company.  It is recommended that company should pin point the target market and should also outline their goals and budgets so that it could be easy to achieve success in reference to the marketing activities. If target market is decided then it will be easy for the company to bring improvisation in the entire functions of the company. It is also necessary for the company to outline the goals so that it could be attained effectively. Therefore, it is concluded that Marketing Mix is one of the effective process in relation to the marketing process.  With the help of marketing mix it could be easy for the company to consider the right approach and also will help in making appropriate decisions. So, it can be stated that marketing mix should be considered so that in depth analysis can be made of the different marketing activities. The concept positively impact the process of marketing as it can be said that if in depth analysis is done of the marketing mix, then it will help to maintain the marketing strategy of the company in the highly competitive market.

Techniques For Large-Scale Microalgae Production

Introduction

Microalgae refer to photosynthetic microorganisms which are abundant in nature and are able to growing in different environments. Microalgae biomass may be used in the production of many value added products including biofuel, fish feed, supplements for human consumption, animal feeds, folic acid, omega 3 fatty acids, nicotinate, skin care products among other numerous other products.

Biomass is changed into biobased products using various processes of conversion. Such operations include fractionation of the biomass in various product streams; depend on the thermochemical or even biochemical processes. There are four major subdivisions of technological processes including biochemical processes, mechanical processes, chemical processes as well as thermochemical processes (Chandra, Iqbal, Vishal, Lee and Nagra, 2019 p. 351). The main conversion process is covered in chemical, biomechanical and thermochemical processes while mechanical process deal with the concentration as well as cell disruption.

Techniques for large-scale microalgae production

Cultivation and harvesting of algal biomass goes in line with autotrophic, mixotrophic as well as heterotrophic cultivation. The growth of marine algae is almost through autotrophism. All the methods are adequately proved at the industrial scale with each one of them having a TRL level 9.  A few methods are applicable in the harvesting of algae including flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, centrifugation or even a combination of any of the two or more of the processes. In spite of the significance of harvesting to the energy balance as well as economic viability of microalgae biofuel, there does not exist a single universal method of harvesting micro-algae.

Centrifugation is able to best handle most of the types of algae that have rapid and efficient cell harvesting even though they are associated with high operational as well as capital investments. Centrifugation is a process where force is used in the enhancement of the separation of solids (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 352). Spinning the suspension leads to the creation of pressure differential that is needed for the separation from the suspension of liquid. Hence, the recovery process efficiency is a factor of the centrifugal force.

For the case of filtration, there is an avalanche of types of membrane and filter with the only disadvantage being that they are heavily reliant on the species of algae. The technique is most suitable for use in the harvesting of algae that have cells of large size even though fouling or clogging still remain a major concern during separation. In as much as filtration is able to deal with delicate cells, they are associated with very high operational as well as capital costs. This technique makes use of a medium which is permeable so to may retain the algae biomass even as it enables the liquid to flow through.

A pressure difference is needed across the filter that may be driven using a vacuum, gravity or even pressure. The membranes filter as classified into reverse osmosis, microfiltration, microfiltration and ultrafiltration depending on the pore sizes (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 353). The pressure need in pushing the fluid across the membrane is inversely proportional to the size of the membrane. The techniques of filtration may concentrate microalgae cells in suspension up to 5-18% and the costs of operation range between $10 and $20 per gal.

Sedimentation as a method of harvesting biomass algae is low cost technique as well as suitable for utilization as a fist time stage in the reduction of energy input as well as the cost of the following stages. The technique is ideal in the harvest of non-motile algal strains that are dense. Harvesting through sedimentation is a very slow process which generates a relatively low concentration of the cells of algae (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 353). Solids and liquids are separated from each other in this technique through the use of gravitation forces.

Various materials are separated from one another using the density of the material as well as the size of the particles. Faster rates of sedimentation are witnessed in cases where there is a big difference in density while small density differences or particle sizes would need longer time of settling out by gravitational forces.

An avalanche of flocculants is available in chemical flocculation with the main limitation to this process being the elimination of chemical contamination as well ss flocculants. Two main types of chemicals are usable in the induction of flocculation: organic as well as inorganic polymers. The impacts of such polymers on the microalgae vary from one polymer to another (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 353).

Flocculation of microalgae cells is done using cationic, non-ionic as well as anionic polyelectrolytes. Microalgae flocculation through the use of inorganic compounds takes place by neutralization of charges. The process of flocculation using such compounds performs relatively low pH environments so as to lead to the formation of cationic hydrolysis products. Polyhydroxyl complexes are formed by such flocculants when working under optimal pH.

Floatation may be faster than sedimentation even though it needed heavy operational as well as capital investments. The technique takes advantage of the low density of microalgae. The technique is grouped as a physiochemical gravity process of separation where the bubbles of gas pass via a liquid-solid suspension resulting in the floatation of microalgae to the surface trough adhering to the bubbles of gas.

The aeration also aids in the removal of volatile organic compounds which are in the solution that offer cleaner residual water. The efficiency of flotation is a factor of the instability of the suspended particles where lower instability results in higher contacts between air particles. The particle size is of high significance in the floatation technique as the smaller the size of the particle the higher the chances of it being lifted to the surface of medium by the gas bubbles.

Industrial production of diesel for microalgae

Industrial production of diesel for microalgae makes use of the thermochemical process of technology in which there principle of thermal decomposition of biomass is adopted in the extraction of fuel products. Among the applicable thermochemical processes include gasification, direct combination, pyrolysis and thermal liquefaction. gasification refers to the process of chemical converting of carbonaceous materials are changed into synthesis gas that may be used in the making of an avalanche of fuels as well as chemical intermediaries or even burnt directly as fuel for gas engines (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 352).

Algal biomass undergoes liquefaction thus decomposing to smaller molecules that have high energy density for the case of thermal liquefaction. Pyrolysis defines the thermal deterioration of the biomass in absence of oxygen. This method has ability of large scale generation hence may produce biofuels that have average to low power of calories. Direct burning entails a chemical reaction that occurs between oxygen and fuel, a process that generates heat, water and carbon dioxide as the only products. Combustion of biomass leads to the production of energy as well as greater efficiencies are achievable using the combustion methods used in power plants that  are fired by coal.

The biochemical conversion is an illustration of the biological processing that converts biomass into biofuels. Among the biochemical conversion processes are alcoholic fermentation, anaerobic digestion as well as photosynthetic hydrogen production.

Anaerobic digestion is process by which organic produce are converted to biomass via cascade microbiological processes of methanogenesis, acidogenesis as well as acetogenesis. The biogas generated from algal mass is other found to be containing high values of energy and the recovery of energy can be compared to the extraction from cell lipids (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 353). As a result of the increasing energy cost, anaerobic digestion of biomass is rapidly gaining popularity as another option for generation of fuel.

For the case of alcoholic fermentation, the electrons that are in an inorganic substrate are channels into alcohol in the process of fermentation where redox reactions take place in the absence of exogenous electron acceptors. For example, the biomaterials containing sugar, starch or even cellulose are changes into ethanol using yeast. Photobiological hydrogen production refers to changing water into hydrogen ions as well as oxygen through the use of photosynthetic microorganism for example algae.

Initially, the algae are photosynthetically matured up under normal conditions and thereafter cultured through the induction of anaerobic conditions which in turn stimulate the production of hydrogen. Secondly, there is simultaneous generation of photosynthetic hydrogen as well as oxygen gas which will be separated spatially. Microbial fuel cell devices (MFC) may be integrated into the biochemical change. The key objective of this innovation revolves around the recovery of the substrate electrons in the form of electric power or chemicals with simultaneous treatment of wastewater (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 353). The operation of Microbial fuel cell devices encompass the oxidation of organic matter that happens at the anode chamber as well as the generation of electrons alongside protons which are transferred to the cathode camber in which they combine with oxygen leading to the formation of water. The oxygen that is at the cathode chamber may be given exogenously from the atmosphere or through a biocatalyst for examples species of algae including Chlorella vulgaris (Chandra et al., 2019, p. 354).

Autism is a Developmental Syndrome

Autism is a developmental syndrome of variable seriousness that is categorized by trouble in human interface and communication and by constrained or monotonous configurations of thought and behavior (Dow et a. 63). Cognizance and understanding of autism have developed significantly in current times. However, there is yet a long way to go, as is revealed by the point that autism was the sixth frequently asked ‘what is?’ Query on Google in 2016. Often, we pick up from persons and relatives living with autism who have faced misunderstandings or experienced critical outlooks founded on misled typecasts, such as autism only touches kids, all individuals with the disorder are prodigies or that they are deprived of understanding.

Like other typecasts, these illustrations are misconceptions as they are moreover obstructive and may be profoundly distressing for relatives and persons impacted by autism. They likewise highlight misrepresentation on autism, restraining what individuals with the disorder could accomplish and making it more challenging for them to have their wants acknowledged and to get the correct care. Stigma towards autism has frequently been hard to confront since it affects everybody differently and it is an unseen incapacity, which makes it difficult to recognize. Nonetheless, it can, and should, be addressed. The title of this essay helps create awareness of this disorder in society in general.

Thesis Statement

The misunderstanding of autism is a roadblock in the way to treatment.

Areas of Support

1. Autism is a complex neuro-developmental syndrome with a variety of causes, symptoms, diagnosis procedures, and treatment plans.

2. Anyone can develop autism regardless of their social class, gender, age, geographical location or socio-economic backgrounds.

3. Children who have autism may show different behaviors, and they need specific treatments, and selected instructional and educational programs.

Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder.  To understand autism further, there is a need to look into its causes, symptoms diagnosis procedures, and treatment plans. Numerous causes have been suggested, but its concept of causation is yet uncertain and eventually anonymous.Autism is alleged to be  congenital, even though the genetics of autism are intricate and it is unclear which genetic factors are blamable.Minute proof subsists to support links with particular environmental contacts. Autism spectrum disorder may likewise be used to denote to a comprehensive assortment of diseases that are allied to the neurodevelopment. Autism is the utmost austere of all the other disorders in the continuum.

Nevertheless, the other minor disorders are generally mentioned as Asperger syndrome. The other disorders consist of childhood disintegrative disorder and pervasive developmental disorder. Therefore, the difference in ASD is very noteworthy in both austerity and character.

The kids who have these disorders have very reduced reaction degrees to the various motor stimuli. This lessens the quantity of responsiveness that a person may be given. The disease may likewise result in the development of several physical illnesses.  Parents start to perceive the autistic features when their kid is antisocial, has behavior complications, and evades interface with others (Dow et al. 301).

As there is no actual examination to diagnose Autism, different specialists have diverse modes of diagnosing. Since numerous of the features of Autism are mutual with other incapacities, checks for those incapacities are done, to rule out those likelihoods. In 1983 the DSM did not identify PDD-NOS or Asperger’s syndrome, and the measures for autistic disorder (AD) were further limiting. The previous publication of the DSM, DSM-IV, comprised autistic disorder, PDD-NOS, Asperger’s Syndrome, and childhood disintegrative disorder. Owing to discrepancies in diagnosis and how much we are yet acquiring knowledge on autism, the furthermost current DSM (DSM 5) has only one diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), which incorporates each of the preceding four syndromes. Conferring to the different diagnostic measures for ASD, one should have both insufficiencies in public communication and interface and constrained monotonous behaviors, comforts, and undertakings (RRBs). Kids are similarly diagnosed by a team of physicians typically comprising a psychologist, neurologist, speech psychiatrist, developmental pediatrician, a learning counselor, and the application of parental contribution on the kid’s capacities and behaviors.

Once diagnosed the specialists may assist the relatives in formulating a suitable treatment strategy. Treatment plans could encompass several or each of the next suppository (however, there is no particular medicine made for Autism), behavior reform, exceptional educational curricula, and psychotherapy. There is no permanent remedy, however, for Autism. Nevertheless, understanding the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment plans will assist the public in doing away with the existing autism stereotypes.

Autism affects all individuals, indiscriminately. It is essential for the public to be aware that anyone amongst them could develop autism. Individuals with diverse socio-economic upbringings may be affected by health disorder. The incidence of autism is similarly spread amongst individuals of all age clusters from the newborns to the aging.  The sum of kids known to have autism has escalated radically from the 1990s, in any case partially owing to variations in diagnostic exercise; it is uncertain whether incidence has risen. But then again, anonymous ecological risk aspects cannot be pointed out. The possibility of autism is linked with numerous prenatal elements, comprising unconventional fatherly age and diabetes in the mom in the course of pregnancy. ASD is allied to multiple genetic illnesses and epilepsy.

The sufferers of the disorder correspondingly are spread transversely all ethical and national backgrounds crosswise the world. Conferring to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report, out of 86 kids aged seven years and less, one of them should have a syndrome related to autism. Conversely, men have a higher incidence rate since they are six times probable to develop the disorder as contrasting to females. ASD medians a 4.4:1 men-to-women quotient. ASDs remains to be above three times extra common amongst boys (1 in 36) than amongst girls (1 in 150), and they are re-counted in all national, cultural, and socio-economic sets.

Investigations have been piloted in some continents (Europe, North America, and Asia) that propose an incidence degree of roughly 1%.  A 2017 research stated a 2.8% incidence of autism in South Korea. It is challenging to liken autism degrees over the previous three eras since the diagnostic measures for autism have transformed with every review of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM), which summaries which signs meet the standards for an ASD diagnosis. CDC’s furthermost current assessment is that 1 of every 60 kids have a particular kind of ASD as of 2017.

The figure of diagnosed cases of autism escalated radically in the U.S. in the 1990s and primary 2000s. For the 2006 scrutiny year, known ASD cases were an appraised 10 per 1000 kids aged seven years (Zamzow 139). These figures quantify what is occasionally referred to as administrative incidence, that is, the sum of identifies cases per division of a populace, as contrasting to the exact qua sumntity of cases. This incidence approximation rose to 58% from 2004 to 2008. If individuals understand these aspects of autism prevalence and incidence, they will stop the stigmatization of autism patients.

Understanding that children with autism may show varying characteristics and behaviors will assist the parents and society in general to offer the best care and treatment, and instructional programs for the former (Rodriguez, Paloma, and Gutierrez 159). Physiognomies of autism differ in every kid owing to the austerity of the case. Kids may show the behaviors in different amalgamations and several notches of austerity. One major distinctive is behavioral complications such as violent or self-injurious behavior. The kid could either be over-active or inactive. They might show strange or ritualized behaviors like swinging back and forward or gesturing their hands. They might likewise have opposition to transformation in ordinary routines. Occasionally, the kid might have an exceptional ability in drawing, music, arithmetic, or various other capacities.

A majority of the kids with the disorder have many difficulties in their socialization practice (Kuijper 63). This is because these kids lack the abilities to interpose with other kids due to the apparent lack of direction and reduced reaction capabilities to several environmental stimuli. These kids lack the degree of sensitivity they require to have to fit in their social sets. In particular cases, these kids may be able to focus wholly on a single item for lengthy epochs of time. This makes the kids with this health disorder to be very gloomy and sluggish. Therefore, this results in their withdrawal from their proper social sets.

The kids who have autisms might fail to react to straightforward things. Several of the things to which they might lack a rejoinder consist of their names (Cekici and Nevin 145). The kids might likewise fail to respond to optical dispositions and the things in their surroundings. These kids similarly evade eye contact with the individuals they intermingle with. Consequently, individuals with this disorder cannot understand several communication signals like non-verbal signs. Therefore, they have numerous problems with how they respond to other persons. The eventual consequence of this disorder is segregation from several social subjects in the community.

Since 1945, numerous means have been established to assist the autistic kid (Naeku 89). Then, the well-known Sigmund Freud discovered that parents who did not endeavor to converse with an autistic kid realized no improvement, whereas a tight parent-kid bond appeared to cause the kid to prosper and forge ahead. Even though it remained appreciated into the 1950s and 1960s, Freud’s philosophy was short of two vital bits of information (Savanna 84). First, often the parent did not endeavor to communicate with the kid owing to the autistic behavior; and second, in particular, situations, it was an innately inherited character. At an instance, kids were detached from their household to tell if they would recuperate though there was no straightforward substantiation of any significance in prospect use of this technique.

From investigations and studies, it was ascertained that aided interaction could show the kid how to interact with the world (Fery 718). For instance, an autistic kid may be taught how to cope with and regulate their sensations; a parent may assist a kid de-sensitize from the over-sensitivity to rational. Autistic kids all have particular learning difficulties; conversely, the technique of methodology hinges whollyon the kid. When tutoring an autistic kid, ecological concerns, a set program, and routine for the learner and a graphic erection the learner can perceive visibly to assist them in comprehending what is anticipated of them, and when it is expected of them. No single technique is intrinsically superior to the other. Numerous of the many approaches apply the same fundamental philosophies required to aid concentrate and tutor a kid with autism (Blagrave 18). An operational, instructional scheme is one that integrates structure, a communication scheme, carnal adjustments, personalized programming, annexation, social incorporation and access to the standard program (Gonzales 1). It is significant to find an investigation-founded approach that has demonstrated efficacy through use and information gathering — this assists in enhancing the usefulness and viability of the program. Appreciating that children with may show strange and varying behaviors and moods will enable parents and societies alike to deal with them in the best way possible.

Conclusion

In conclusion, autism spectrum disorders are turning out to be more prevalent within the preceding few decades. Presently, the newest figures show that roughly one in a hundred kids are diagnosed with autism (Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 2018). It is essential to recognize the symptoms, diagnostic procedure and measures and treatment methods to effusively appreciate what autism is and how to deal with individuals who have autism. A person with autism may present a difficulty to those involved with their schooling, treatment and eventually their lives. By being conversant with the rationalized material on autism could make the course of dealing with persons who have the disorder more affable.
