A Requirement of the Changes: 1341987

The current pandemic in this country has caused individuals to maintain a certain amount of distance. This indicates that there should not be any close interaction. The institution of education is under concern as the sector experience a greater amount of personal interaction. The system of education and learning has been deeply rooted integrated towards the development where classroom education has been valued primarily in terms of the interaction (Bolman & Deal, 2017). The understanding of the organizational values along with the attributes that have been shaping the development of the organization. As such the scenario demands the inhibition of the changes that have been brought about in education. This is also crucial because the implementation of the changes has been rooted in the fact that the gathering of the people within the educational institution is rather impossible. The change has been demanded in the scenario of education as well. It has also been noted that the implication of the changes demands the intervention of the online classes or digital classes to have commenced where the students can continue their education from the ease of the home (Bolman & Deal, 2017).

The response of the authority

As per the president of The Blue and Gold University, it has been noted that the concern of the organization has been directed towards the development of the factors that have been inhibiting effective accumulation of the process of the education in the context of the global pandemic. It is noted that the contribution of the authority is demanded in the context of the global scenario that has been impending over the educational institution as a sector of public interest. The model of a 16-week hybrid model has been implemented in the context of the organization to ensure that the students on and off campus get to experience the education in its crudest form. It has also been noted that the implication of education has been developing with the advancement in technology. The contribution of the provost as well as the Committee that has been directed towards functioning for the normal activities.

Provision had been taken for the 1st year students. The students of the first year need to take part in the classes of campus where they are required to take an active part in campus life. The classes for the first year have been designed keeping in mind the aspect of social distancing. The hybrid model would be adopted in terms of accumulating the students in the classroom of campus life.

The senior batch, sophomores as well as the juniors require to complete their course from a distant location. As such, the students need to take their classes online from their home.

The students who would be graduating would be provided with the special facility in terms of the education as well as the implication of the factors that have been brought about in terms of the interaction with the educational model. The sector is undergoing a massive amount of changes with the advent of the global pandemic and the onset of the situation that had been effectively giving it a shape. Provision had been taken for other students as well as students belonging from the government association. The initiative had been taken to accommodate the students. This had been done keeping in concern the effort that has been made by the university to maintain the norms of the safe social distance in continuing education on a different front. The class structure had been defined in terms of online classes during the period that has been brought about by the university (Hosseini et al., 2014).

The implication of the plan has been directed to provide the students with a fall semester that has been designed according to the development. It is done to accumulate the greatest possible integrity in terms of the education and the procedure of the events that has been brought about in the university. The administration is aware of the disposition of the students among the dynamic scenario of the global pandemic. It has also been noted that the implication of pandemic has shaken the institution of education and the impact has been felt in the scenario of education both for the students as well as the associated stakeholders involved in the process. As per the representative of the university it is also noted that the impact of the collaboration and group work has been enhanced in terms of the contribution.  It is achieved in duties as well as responsibilities of the individuals within the organization. Keeping into consideration the impact of the global pandemic that has been widespread (Stipek & Daniels, 1988).

Anticipated Cost both personal as well as professional level

The dynamic changes that have been achieved in terms of the changes inculcated in the professional as well as personal areas of concern. It is observed that the implication of the additional changes in technological advances that are required for online classes have been adopted. The live classes require medical equipment and safety measures that have been brought about in terms of the organization and the attributes. On the personal level, the requirement of the safety equipment as well as on the professional level the cost has been incurred. The professional equipment to conduct and continue the study amidst the dynamic nature of the crisis has been present in the organization (Goldstein, 1983).

Complexity

It has been noted that the implication of the factors that have been associated with the technology are crucial in the implementation of the changes. The changes require an understanding of the complexity of the management in the organization along with the factors that have been connected with the development. The complexity in the scenario has been invested in the fact that the organization needs to develop the competence of the organization with the changes in the educational system and the mode of execution that has been brought in implementation as well as execution of the measures. The competence of the students is also important in implementation of the measures in the university to execute the multiplicity of factors (Kim et al., 2013).

The process of accommodating changes within the educational institution is a simple but complex in terms of the social implementation of the changes. The dynamic factor as well as the number of factors that have been initiating the changes. However, it has been affecting the changes in education that are overwhelming in its nature. It has also been noted that the implementation of the changes done in the educational organization can accommodate them within their existing structure (Margolis, 2013). The process of the changes has been affected by the system as well as the attributes that have been shaping the formation of the changes that need to be brought about in the educational organization. The changes seen to have the implication of the measures has been affected in the development of the educational sphere. Another factor that has proved to be advantages in organization has found its implication of uniqueness that has been present in terms of the attributes of the individuals and the factors that have been affecting them (Fullan, 2007). The suggestion in this respect lies in the fact that the implication of one change does not impact the attribute of another person. The find in the process had been rooted in the changes in the organization. The mode of the application of the process had been directed towards the students as well as the implementation of the measures. The planning, implementation along with strategies have been noted in the fact that implementation of the strategies along with the monitoring has been ensured by the brand that has been carried about by the organization (Fullan, 2007). The classroom scenario had been directed towards developing the attributes that have been closely linked with the development as well as the implementation of the changes in the educational institution. A certain educational institution manages to accommodate changes with greater acceptability as compared to others (Fullan, 2007).

The resultant outcome has been noted in the fact that the implementation of the stages should be looked at from the perspective of examining the causes of the changes along with the implementation of the measures that have been brought about in the scenario. Another method that can be taken towards ensuring the impact of the organization based challenges has been noted in the fact that the changes should be analyzed from the perspective that has taken the innovation in concern. The second way of the question has been directed towards how the organization had been capable of dealing with the implication of the innovation along with the changes that have been brought about. The focus has been directed towards building the capacity of the people who had been involved in the process towards the impending changes. The approaches that have been mentioned in the due course has been referred to from the perspective of the impact that has been brought about. The emphasis has however been brought in terms of the exclusivity of all. (Kupfer, 2015).

As per the model of the education, it has been noted that the impact of the education and the associated changes that have been brought in the domain has been crucial in the implementation of the process. The process had been broadly divided into three phases (Fullan, 2007).

Phase 1: The first step that has been noted in the respect is that of the initiation as well as adoption that has been brought about in the organization that has been concerned in the case as well as in terms of the adoption that has been ensured. It has also been noted that the implication of the changes that have been affected by the changes in the organization (Wall, 2016).

Phase II: The implementation of the process has been impacted in the initial usage of the changes as well as implementation concerning the organization. The implementation of the changes has also been reflected in terms of the organization as well as the experience that has been drawn in terms implementation of the measures has been ensured in the organization (Fullan, 2007).

Phase III: the third step that has been considered is one of the continuations along with the incorporation of the process in the organization. The incorporation, routinization as well as institutionalization has been referred in terms of the changes that have been brought about in the organization. The changes that have been brought about in the organization have been directed towards the impact that is cast upon the individuals as well as disappearance that has been accounted in terms of the changes. As such the procedure of the implication of the measures related to the changes in the organization had been done in a cyclic manner starting from the initiation continuation as well as the implementation of the measures (Fullan, 2007).
