  1. Yes, this would require special legal advice regarding this as it is okay to stay with the individuals regarding this however this case is exceptional as though the client is still attending the services however she is no longer with us. Therefore this case should be directed to the legal team in this case.
  2. The legal and the ethical breach would be reported to the committee in the organization which would be consisting of key individuals from the organization,  from the complaint department,  special legal advisors, and members of the board of the directors regarding this matter.  
  3. One strategic step is firstly inclusion of the policy that the organization does not allow mixing with the client on a personal level, and that would be considered bad for the organization in this regard (Kirrane et al. 2018) Another key policy is for the client where a term and condition paper would be given to the client to the client. Effective communication policy would be communicated to both the client and the other employees regarding this matter of fact.

  1. Yes, this case would, of course, require special legal advice because this is the case of the crime and the contractual breach and ethically also this is condemnable (Gupta et al. 2018). The name of the organisation is CSL limited. Firstly the employer has without informing the organization has taken the money and after taking also the person has not bothered to inform regarding the issue which is very much condemnable. If the individual thought that they are underpaid the concerned person could openly communicate the organization about it rather than getting involved in this deed.
  2. As this an organizational issue, therefore, this matter can be referred to as the council for criminal office in the organization in this matter.  
  3. The two organizational change that would be implemented after this incident is that:
  4. Strict Policy and Revision of Code of Conduct for the employers in the organization. A new principle would be implemented for this policy in this case.
  5. A new structure would be created that funds can only be taken after the signature of the organizational head; otherwise, it would be considered as a case of theft whatever may be the reason for the act.

Question Nine

It is very much essential for the user to receive  Information which is related to the community services and  legal regulation. There are standard as well as accreditation or more importantly the certification which would be for the right and services in this matter.  Private lawyers or the solicitors can be provided in this organization with the legal advisor, and the representation concerning the range of the matter (Dabbiere & Stuntebeck, 2020). The fees would be mattering depending on the law and the firm and the type of the work which is undertaken in this matter. The fees would vary depending on the laws of the organization.

The other organizations that would be included in receiving the updated information on the legal requirement is the community and the legal centre. These are independent  non-profit community organization which would be providing free and the legal services in this matter. Lawyers may be internal or external in this organization. The generalization of the agency provides some legal and economically socially disadvantaged in the areas of human rights, welfare as well as immigration law. This could also lead a group of the individuals and for the young people, women and man more
