Problem Analysis and Problem Solving: 1114834

S:  Present analysis is related to employment issues faced by an employee while working in an organization.

E:  Workplace issue or Employment issues are faced by each employee and are common source of stress for each employee. The fact cannot be denied that it is not possible that each employee is able to work as per expectation and manage with each employee perfectly. Employment issues comprise interpersonal conflict, gossip, bullying, performance issues, inappropriate behaviour, deficiency of encouragement and harassment. Each employee doe face some or one of the specified issues during their employment period. The SEE- I approach is applied for critical thinking which can be considered as skilful and responsible thinking of any issue to conclude appropriate judgement as it is sensitive to context and based on self-correcting. (Stadle and etal.,2015). The approach assesses all the specified parameters provided in below diagram.

E: Employment issues impact not only performance of employee but the effectiveness level of an organization. Higher chances exist to resolve same at initial stage and at same time it is a tough task to resolve at higher stage as it gets complex. One of such experience which was faced during my employment period is not able to mix up with other employees. I was having conservative nature and due to same I usually don’t talk to other employees unless it is essential or necessary. But this habit enhanced issues for me as I was stressed up a lot due to small things. Even small issues were complex for me as I did not shared them with my co-partners and it is not possible to resolve everything by own. I assessed that small initiative do act as major support in resolving issues. Thus, I changed my habits and took steps to participate in commercial office talks and made significant place in organization.

I: Employment issue are faced by every employee. As during my employment period; I was not able to understand the complex structure of organization. Thus, it affected my result as well as efficiency in significant manner. I discussed the same with my executive and learned the manner in which structure operates. I learned that things could be easier if discussed at initial stage and even it assists in improving performance.
