Gene Expression of Mc3R: 1021090

Introduction:
It codes for GPCR in the melanocyte-stimulating hormone and also for the adenocorticotropic hormone that is being expressed in the tissues different from the adrenal cortex and) 9 melanocytes (Genetics Home Reference, 2019). This gene is associated with the weight regulation as demonstrated by the use of mouse models (Lee et al. 2016).

Aim:
The major aim of this experiments are-
To study the association of the Mc3R gene with obesity
To know whether there is any relation between the Mc3Rgene of mouse and human .

Hypothesis:
The hypothesis is to explain about the relation of Mc3R gene to that of obesity

Methods:
First blood was collected from the obese as well as lean people

Then the sample was sequenced to identify the presence or absence of gene

Then the sample with identified gene was analyzed with the database to be sure about the position of the gene within the human chromosome

then qPCR was performed to know the validation of mouse and human gene and the expression of the protein was measured by western blotting (Lee et al. 2016).

Predicted results:

Fig-1 (a,b) expression of the human specific Mc3R
(c,d) expression of Mc3R specific for mouse
(e) Analysis of protein expression by western blot
(d) representation in the form of mean

Discussion:
There is clear relation between the Mc3R gene and obesity. The results also verify the relation between mouse and human gene (Demidowich et al2017)
