Introduction:

Life is a self sustaining process and it should be meaningful when you leave the earth. Both men and women are created in the world for social and behaviour rules in terms of the culture and which they totally differ in cultures and period of historical. Both men and women deserved the same talents and energy to face the challenges in the world. In the societies of  life both are having some difference  which will force them to take up the roles which also moulds them in terms  of attitude as well as in the behaviour. Men and women contrast has been increased in the recent trend. Both are powerful weapons to activate but the using them will show the huge difference. Physically men are very strong in the work when compared to the women but it does not mean that they are not up to the mark. Women have power full capability to transform a person from one state to another state. They had huge potential to deliver in terms of quality and sincerity. The psychological aspects can be worked as long as the behaviour of men and women does not clash each other. The human being desires has energy and capacity to move beyond the traditional roles of gender. In the later years of life men seems to be in every work but now the world has been changed women workforce entered into all the types of work. The ratio has been completely changed when the situation and environment changes. Decision making is one of the most important parts in life which will be handled in each and every stage because it is not easy to achieve the success. In order to achieve the success need to cross the several obstacles in life both men and women. In that crucial situation both has powerful tendency to take up the good decision at every stage of life.

Role of women in family:

Women are the great source for men life. Women playing huge and different roles in the family. They had the power to play roles like mother wife well-wisher for the family, ruler in home and childbearing. The women role in the family has been significant. They are describes as the hard workers for the family. Women pay the value for her family and she holds a major position in the family of shaping the upcoming generation. And also helps in terms of his husband life. Men have been disappeared due to the force of industrial revolutions and office work so they are in lacking of focussing their families but women will take the responsibility to take care the necessary things in the family. Role of women played in the family will never be compensated to another work. Women are very strong mentally to handle all sorts of problem. Giving birth to child is very difficult task and she had to bare the pain which is the huge pain in her life time. For her children she needs to sacrifice ten months to deliver the child in healthy conditions. After giving birth need to take care the young little baby. She should be much focussed on the new baby rather than any other work. Women give security and calmness to the family where no other can contribute like that. They know very well to handle the situation and balance the family members according to their taste. Without women in the family is like puzzle which will create a serious confusion in the family and lead to the downfall of the family. Women explore their love as rain to their husband and children without any cost. She is the best criticizer when the children routes to the wrong way. She leads the family in all perspective ways. They are also not to make for the house clean, washing the clothes or cooking the food. But also have the role of making partner with husband in creating home and making their children to operate well in the society. The role played by the women in the family is more valuable and there are no other words to praise or describe them. And it is does not mean that they don’t have any value in the society of being staying in the home. They are real boosters to their spouse and the children are who are transforming the world.

Challenging women:

Normally women’s are physically weak but they are mentally in strong. Their attitude builds to the high level which will help to face the challenges in their life. So many men left their wives for so many reasons. Like they don’t have proper understanding and some ego problems with each other and also lifestyles differences. So many children came to the good stage in their life due to their mother effort after the husband left in very critical situations. At the stage they felt bad for the husband activity but only the confidence and the will power made her to think very positively and to take the necessary action for the welfare of their children’s. In some other case if husband died at early stage of life wife is left alone with the children. There will be no other source for them to help to bring in the good level. But women work hard welfare for his children without expecting any help from others. She used to work hard in so many fields like house keeper as well as the construction field. She will educate her children up to good standard and she will provide a good life for her children. Women are the particular strength in the family with the cantered approach analyzing the impacts of the kids in the particular ways. Women’s are getting married and involved in the family they face most challenges in their life. They also should manage the homes and caring of their children. In the Asian and African countries the marriages are described as the main sources for the measuring the women effort. So many challenging women left the career for the sake of their husband and their children’s. Because they considered family is more important than their careers. But it is very important to very informative and systematic in maintaining the relationship between the career and the family. Women also have the ability to help their husband in terms of financial criteria. When the family is in the downfall situations. In the current world women also should engage in the work to make the family in healthy position. Because the cost of living is raised into the big level. She also can support the family by working in a job. Which also helps the husband to reduce the burden? Now day’s women also working to support their family by analyzing the situation of the family status.

Role of men:

The role of men in the family is more important to upgrade the family status. He is considered as the head of the family he holds the huge responsibility of taking care of the family. He also should work based upon his family situations. He should analyse the current situation of the family and have to react according to that. They have the power of forecasting the issues in the family and set good base for the family. Men are the pillars of the family they will also take part in the children’s welfare. They give him good education with peaceful environment to grow up well. They teach the good behaviours for the children to function well in the society. Men are the real security for their family they protect the family in all the aspects of problems. They defend the family against from all the threats. The responsibility will be more when men became father. Because he is the backbone for the shelter food clothes for the children as well as should provide a good education to them. In the societies father has more power in decision making about the household welfare. Men are the income generator of the family. In the worldwide father spent less time with the family because of work tension. They find very difficult time in spending time with the families. They responsibility is huge for them. They have to work hard for the family and children. Contribution to the family father is tends to mingle with child improved status. It does not mean that men are having all the authority power for decision making. Women also have wider role for decision making. Based upon the situation and analysing the condition of the family they should take decision for the welfare of family. Both have the equal rights in taking the decision. He is the responsibility person to raise the children mode of obedience and moral values of behaviour.  According to Phil in order to be a successful person in the marriage life he should think in the broad minded. Since they are the good leader, protector, and good teacher of the family. They are the good provider for the family in terms of the finance. But it is necessary to contribute the emotional spiritual and physical activates to the family welfare. It is more important than they money which they provide for the family.  They acts as a good protector of the family for egg  beating or hitting the person one who talks a bad about your family members is also providing the security of the family. It ensures the self esteem and self worth. Men also have very good capability to play the role of leader in the family instead of waiting for other members in your family to take the decision. Taking initiative proves him as a good leader in the family. Men are the good teacher for their children’s. It is more important to provide good examples for the children and for the loved ones in the family for the valuable behaviour. So that they can sustain in their life with the good standards. The old traditional method of the family structure is fathers are for the income generators and mothers are the care giver for the children. But the role has been altered for both them in the modern world. Women also join in the workforce for the welfare of the family and men also playing role in the care giver for children. The roles should be played well by both of them to take the family into a high standard.

Equality of men and women in family:

The rights had become common for both the men and women in the family. Both of us having the capacity to play the tough roles in the family. Both are mentally strong in decision making in a critical situation for the welfare of the family. The equality works to overcome the gender differences and the barriers which they have been faced in the life. It benefits from the economic social and cultural development within the society. When men and women are equal this will increase the economic faster and the corruption will completely eliminate. When the women in healthy aspects automatically the family would get benefits and it’s a great bench mark for the nation. Physically both of them vary but social and economic wiser they are common. Women have less opportunity than men in terms of training and education. This condition should be changed which will leads to low literacy level. Both men and women are the fundamental sources of the community law. According to the religious concern both men and women are very common they are not rivals for each other. The equal balanced involvement of men and women in the family and also in the working life is the essential for the development of maternity and society. The managing home is one of the toughest roles for women in the family. It has been never changed from the ancient days still it was continuing. But the better person who managed the home is absolutely women. She is having the stamina handle the home in a very safe manner. The role played by women in the family cannot be replaced by any one. But at the same time men also plays dominant role in the family for all the activities which take place in the family events. They are keys to activate the family in the good mode. Both men and women had very wide role to play in the family. According to if the women take the entire responsibility she will be drift from their motherhood and she is expected to work hard in order to flourish the responsibility. And mother should be more focussed on the new born baby instead of arranging the babysitter to take care the baby. This will deviate the relationship between mother and children. Because children would expect more love from mother. According to the situation women has to play the effective mother role by giving love to the children. And at the same time man should find enough time to spend with the wife and the children. This will increase the affection and love towards each other in the family. And the family environment is also peaceful.

Conclusion:

It has been concluded that the role of men and women in the family will vary from point to point with the situation. But both men and women have the equal rights in all aspects of family. Both have the potential to drive the family into a high standard. They have been prepared to take any type of role in the family responsibilities. Sometimes family commitments also appeared to block the ability of the women work force. Because of the reason women cannot involve in the work more effectively of unbalanced condition of the family. But even though they are taking the responsibility and involving in the part time based work for the welfare of the family. The amount what they are getting in the part time basis will help to find some stability in their life as well as for the family. Which in turn also supports for husband? So they have ability and confidence to face the challenges in the life. The combined effect of both men and women will lead to the stable condition in both economic as well as in financial. Both men and women explore a greater equality in the family life. Life is a play ground in that both men and women should be very active. They should understand the importance of the role whatever they are play in the family commitment. That will provide a good stability in their life. Both should the understand each other and they work it out together to make the life smooth. There should not be any gender differences among each other so that it helps to avoid the ego problems. Men should be encouraged in sharing the care of children is also serves as important aspects which also moves towards the equality in their life.
