But, now the need of people has changed and it is more essential to be a well qualified trainer for the effective learning of employees within the organization. Organization know the need of effective learners within the organization but although they are consistent with the same terminology of traditional learning system within the organization. That is no more effective for the organization point of view and this is just making the organization ineffective and employee’s creativity is being avoided by the organization management.
So to make the organization more creative and effective, it is very important to consider these aspects into consideration and they should invest in properly qualifying a trainer that could provoke the creativity of employees which is inside them (Philips, 2007).
What is the relationship between competencies and standards and the level of expertise an individual trainer has?
Competency and the standard and the lever of expertise, all are interrelated with each other. It is very important for an effective trainer to have an integrated combination of all these aspects. So it is essential for an effective trainer to have a competency and standard that will increase the level of expertise. Competency helps in encouraging the trainer to come up with new training and learning model that best suites the learners as per their need and understanding of the phenomenon and the environment. Then only they can make the effective learning phenomenon and learning program for the learners.
