1)Prostitution is exchange of sexual service in return of money. Today in various countries prostitution has become legal, because of tam fact; it supports the lively hood of women across countries.
Prostitution becomes illegal when it is supported by trafficking, and expoliatation.Today it has become legal to employ prostitutes, who are adults and indulge in such work by their own consent. There are relevant laws related to such activities which put a necessary restriction on such activites.The legalization of brothel is another strategy used by government to have a control on sex abuse cases where they regularly keep an eye on the activities going conduct a check, and thus detect cases of trafficking and violence and prevent such activities.
2) This is an ethical issue now because it is for those women who are separated from their homes, donot have another way of earning their livelihood, and depend on such activity for living their life. It is not illegal because eat supports the human rights and help to support those whoa re not supported by anyone in the society. If such activities are not characterized by viloelnce, coercion or human trafficking case, it is not illegal in any case.Regualted brothels are supportive of such cases as compared to unregulated done which attracts the underworld and criminals.
3) The main ethical issues involved in such cases are:
Prostitution is considered immoral, as it is against the laws of society but it is immoral only if there is coercion, in fact anything done under coercive forcer illegal, so if prostitutes are willingly take up this profession to earn their livelihood tree is nothing immoral in thus.
It is exploitive-prostitution is considered to exploitive but if we consider a worker who is paid less a due work more, he is exploited. SO exploitation is involved in all jobs.
It is considered to be degrading the image of women.thsi is true to large extend but we cant ignore the fact that there are various professions,whre human being are degraded like cleaning of toilets.
So ethical issues involved with prostitution are baseless.
4) My creative response will highlight this issue in better way. 5) The catholic perspective related such issue highlight, that human beings should not be involved in such practices, as God ahs made few practices which must be followed by all. But prostitution is a activity which is against the God wishes and its laws, so it crime and sin
Whereas a Secular view says that human beings have the right to do whatever they want, but it should not be against the society and its princiciples.
Eg.an ethical issue is that prostitution is that Prostitution is morally wrong as it a wrong practice causing harm to the society.
Christians will agree with this fact but the secular will think it wrong because it is a legitimate profession giving equal rights to women who want to earn their livelihood on their own and give them the same rights and protection as in any other profession.
