Collaborators

Kameron Michaels is a drag performer and has recently collaborated with Hydro Flask. The collaboration has helped Hydro Flask in gaining more consumers. It has made the flask reach more people and build a better brand awareness.

Key Suppliers

The main key raw materials that are needed for manufacturing Hydro Flask is Iron, chromium, nickel and Rubber. These resources are what helps the company in manufacturing the insulated flasks that it is most popularly known for. The bottles are 100% recyclable, thus it can use the old bottles for the production of new ones.

The company has to use both domestic materials as well as import from other countries. The majority of the iron that the company receives is gained from Australia. It is the leading producer of iron in the world (Design Life-Cycle). The company procures chromium and nickel from South Africa and Philippines.

The company if loses the supply of any one of these raw materials it will not be able to produce the bottle and will have to find alternatives of the resources that would affect the company’s reputation.

Key Intermediaries

The main distribution channel that the company follows is the retailers. The company also has presence online. It is one of the leading water bottle providers in the United States of America. The company also has its own stores present in select loactions across the state.

These stores help the company in reaching more consumers and wideing the reach, These stores also provide the consumers with after sales service that helps in gaining more customer perceived value. The online and offline channels also work as a source of marketing for the company.

The relationship if interrupted the company will lose a distributor, that will mean that the company will lose its customers and the profit that it made. Interrupting the relationship might also have a negative impact on the brand image of the company and will reduce the customer valued perception. The company when loses a supplier might also lose the added value that they provide to the company in terms of storage of the product, after sales service to the consumers and marketing.

Employees

The employees are the major contributors in creating value. The relationship of the employees with the company is of utmost importance. The employees are the people that create value for the consumers and help the company in retaining them. The relationship of the employees with the customers also is important as it helps the customers gain trust on the brand that creates customer loyalty (Lieberman, Garcia‐Castro and Balasubramanian). Customer loyalty helps the company in retaining the customers that reduces the cost of the company in gaining new customers.

The company does compete for having a talented and skilled labour workforce that would help the company in achieving its goal and serving the consumers in a better manner. The more the skilled employees the more the efficient they will be in working and the less wastage will be there for the company during the production.
