Part 1: Know Your Skills

I have the INTJ Personality type that makes me a problem-solver who want to bring about the improvements in the various systems with the help of my innovative ideas. The skills that the people having the INTJ Personality type have are the logical reasoning along with the problem solving skills. It helps in approaching the life with the help of analysis of the theory and they are drawn to that of the logical systems (Jankowski, pp 90). They involve themselves in studying the world which is around them. They possess the independent problem-solving skills and they behave in a selective manner in relation to the relationships. They want to associate with the people who are intellectually stimulating that can help them in augmenting their knowledge. The people with this kind of the personality type can see the course of the action and they are prepared with that of the alternatives on the basis of the circumstances. Their vision focuses on the future that helps them in seeing the possibilities and in recognizing the potential. They are logical that helps them in seeing the gaps pertaining to a system. They act in a receptive manner and they are supportive of the changes along with the innovation (White et al, pp 34). The open approach that is adopted by them helps in enhancing their skill in relation to the problem solving. They have a feeling that the people along with the processes can be improved that makes them seek the creative ways which can help in bringing about the change. The people with the INTJ are respected owing to their bravery along with the steadfastness that can help them in meeting the challenge (Schurr, pp 60). They have the determination and they do not feel afraid in facing the challenges. They have immense trust in relation to their judgement skills and they are confident regarding their ability of solving the problems. They are imbibed with the ability of learning and they feel committed in working on their improvements (Blodgett, pp 45). They want to learn throughout their life and they look for the ways that helps in increasing knowledge along with the skills.

Describe the work style that you have?

The working style that I have pertains to the learning that helps me in gaining new skills at the time of carrying out a particular task. I can understand nuances of the problems that has helped me in excelling in the art of the problem-solving. I am deliberate and disciplined that helps me in the area of organizing the tasks. I am the researcher and it helps in the effective performance of my team (Anderson, Rajesh and Bilal, pp 5560).

Did you have to face any kind of difficulty when you had to work with the manager?

I never faced any kind of difficulty in the event of working with the manager as I had the analytical mind that helped me in understanding perspective of the other people. I admire the point of view of other people and hence I never had to face any kind of difficulty while working with the managers. I could grasp the severity of the situation and act in accordance to it that have helped me in collaborating with the managers.

Describe the ways with the help of which you handle the stress?

I handle the stress that I have in my life with the help of a balanced diet that makes me feel better. It helps in controlling my mood that helps me in reducing the level of the stress. I also take time off from my usual routine so that I can do the meditation along with the yoga that helps me in the area of the stress management. I spend a lot of time amidst the beauty of the nature that helps me in relieving the stress.

Tell me about your work experience.

I have worked as the Marketing Assistant in the Aldo Group where I had the responsibility of tracking the marketing campaigns that were existing so that I can make the improvements pertaining to marketing of company. I have worked there for two years that have helped me in learning about the co-ordination of the market research studies (Junge, Battista and Anders, pp 725). I have also worked as the Marketing Coordinator of the Aritzia Inc where I have learnt the process of analyzing the competitors. I have worked there for around a year.

What are the goals that you have for the future?

I have the aim of becoming the Marketing Manager of Lululemon Athletica which is an apparel retailer which is based in Canada. The company has sold their products in the international arena and it has 460 stores at the present time. The role can help me in learning about the various aspects of the marketing and the association with the popular brand can help me in getting a proper footing in the Canadian market.

I think that the role of the Marketing Manager would suit me as I am imbibed with the knowledge that can help me in justifying the position in the event of working as the Marketing Manager in ABC Corp. I have the previous experience that have helped me in leraning essential skills about marketing and the challenging situations that I had to face in the event of working as the Marketing Assistant along with the Marketing Coordinator can help me in delivering the efficient performance in this position. I am aware of the process of analyzing the data that can help me in understanding the trends that are prevailing in the present time. I have the ability of compiling and distributing the financial information that have helped me in being well-suited for this role. I have the experience in the field of marketing that can help in the development of ABC Corp. I can analyse the behavior of the customers that can help me in devising the campaigns of marketing.
