Gender

Gender defines the two sexes (male and female). As per this term, an individual entity is recognized according to biological ones (Hunt, Layton, & Prince, 2015).

Gender and Race are the two main terms of Diversity

There are many other traits related to diversity such as age, attitude, behavior, customs and others (Roser, & Ortiz, 2018).

Race
Race defines an entity of an individual as per its color, nationality and ethnic or national origins (Kottak, 2015).

As per research, 35.81 million black or American in 2000 and it has been increases by 43.5million black or African in 2017 (Statista, 2018).

The number of people of different group has been growing continuously in the United States.

It is required to reduce the percentage of inequality from the society. Women’s also has to get the equal opportunity in every place of the society so that the gender gap has been reduces.

Gender Gap

There is a huge gap between gender such as male and female. In Norway, the percentage of gender gap is 0.84, Ireland is 0.8, France is 0.78, Germany is 0.78, Denmark is again 0.78 (Statista, 2018). Males get more preferences in the society as compare to females
