ASSIGNMENT 1

Question 1:

Decisions mainly occur in a chain of restrictions. This is because people use to take decisions to overcome all type of restrictions in their daily life schedule or for business purpose. Some decisions seems to be wrong after the action takes place and some decisions make the person a successful person or a successful businessman in terms of business oriented decisions making by the management of an institutions.

Being a management people of an institution, I had made one decision which seems to be a successful decision and made a good relationship among the management of the institution and the employees of the institution [1]. The decision also helps the company to have huge amounts of profit earned in the competitive market. During an economic downturn in the market, I have increased the flexibility in the work place by reducing the daily working hours for one month and gave various benefits to the employees of the institution which helps the management to reduce the salary of the employees. This decision made both the employees and the management happy and helped the institution to have huge amounts of profit. This decision made both the management and the employees happy and satisfied.

Question 2:

The five decisions that the research analyst took during the last twenty four hours are discussed in the following points:

1) The person should wake up early to go for the office.

2) Not to drive fast while going to office.

3) The person should not behave rudely with the workers in the office.

4) The person should motivate the workers in the office.

5) The person should reach the home in time.

All the above decisions are taken by the research analyst to minimize the problems raised in the daily routine of the person.

The person took the decision to wake up early so that the person should not have to be hurry while leaving home for the office. If the person is in hurry while going to office, it may force the person to face some trouble. The person took the decision that the person will not drive harshly while going to the office [2]. This is because the person may face accident while driving quickly to reach office on time. The person took the decision that the person will not behave rudely with their workers in the office. This is because the person believes that it is better to inspire the workers to complete the job rather shouting at them. The person took the decision that the person will motivate the workers of the company so that the workers work efficiently in the office to complete the job of the company. As the person is coming home late every day, a problem raised in the family for being late every day. That is why; the person has taken the decision to reach home in time [3].

The theorist believes that the rational decision gives a successful outcome. Decisions need to be rational. It means that when a business man takes some decisions for the business, the decisions must be systematical and information based. If the decision is based on the data and the information based, then the decision must be successful decision which can help the management of the entity to have huge amounts of profit and will help the entity to reach its aim. The outcomes of the decision will be successful one. All decisions should be taken by the management people by observing the situation well before taking any decisions for the institution [4]. The management should take rational decision so that the employees of the company and the management of the company should be happy. The decision should both of them satisfy while working in the company. For this reasons, the theorist believes that the decision making must be a rational which will give a successful outcome for the institution.

PART – B

The theorist believes that the rational decision gives a successful outcome. When a business man takes decision, that decision must be a systematic and information based decision. If the decision is based on the data and information based, then the decision must be a successful decision which can help the management of the entity to have huge amounts of profit and will help the entity to reach its aim.
