One of the recent articles provide a supply chain taxonomy i.e. use of various information & theories which would help in order to solve the various problems or issues occurred in the organization.

The taxonomy provides an overall outline which would help in order to solve all the problems with the use of the information system. The supply chain taxonomy would majorly comprise of the following aspects such as to classify the varieties of problems, use of the various methods, factors involved in solving the problems.

This report takes into consideration challenges associated with achieving an accurate and complete ‘problem and situation diagnosis’ in relation to the development of organizational information systems and the possible links to information systems failure.

As described above that, supply chain management refers to one of the most talked organization therefore, proper information systems should be used which would help in order to verify all the issues which are being faced by the same.

All the aspects mentioned should be taken care off with the help of the information system, ware house management, ERP, portals, etc.In some of the complex organizations such as banking industry, supply chain management, etc. the role of information system plays one of the most important roles in order to learn as well as understand the requirements of the organization. Though, applicability of information system in supply chain management is quite a lengthy as well as a tedious process. This refers to one of the most time consuming tasks. A systematic representation of the information system should be done. This would help in order to frame an outline that might be helpful to make a decision making process. The taxonomy offers a crisis model which would help to synchronize the entire supply chain management system.

It could be seen that, many of the business organizations who use the information system or technology might face different types of crisis depending upon the various situations. It has been seen that, the leaders in the market would face different kinds of crisis. New & innovative measures should be used which would help in order to overcome the different crisis faced by the organizations.

Mostly such type of crises could be seen in the banks and various other institutes etc. where there is an increase in the level of bankruptcy, number of debtors, difficulties to meet the financial requirements, etc. According to the surveys conducted on the same, it has been interpreted that approximately 85% of the respondents said that only 50% of the executives made a plan or a crisis diagnostics model which would have helped them to take care of the crisis. Such kind of problems would be solved at a very high level & hence it would be inefficient to take care of the same.The importance of crisis could be seen with the help of the diagnostic crisis model which have been designed in such a manner that, it could be applicable on different types of industries such as banks, business houses, audit companies, etc. This entire structure would take into consideration the various methods, practices, reports, etc which could be sued in order to confirm the decisions. It has also been seen that, new methods, opportunities, possibilities, etc would help in order to overcome the same in the most effective or efficient manner.

Various definitions have been recorded by the various authors such as “diagnosis has been defined as process which would help in the disclosure of the nature, various causes of the same & provide an in depth analyses which would help in order to solve the crisis in the best possible manner”. Diagnosis has also been defined as a process which would help in the identification of the various problems, issues relating to the concerned industry. It refers to an art which helps to describe the problem, various issues as well as provide an in depth explanation to provide important decisions in the organization.

In the diagnostic crisis model the artificial neutral network i.e. ANN request would be stressed upon. A detailed life cycle of the organization could be maintained.The third stage of the crisis model would help in order to provide proper decision making. This stage would be quite helpful in order to measure the crisis as well as provide a detailed rescue for that. In this stage of the diagnostic model of crisis, the goals of the organization, strategies would be formulated, which would help in order to select the most appropriate means. A new technique known as the performance measurement system (PMS) should be used. The PMS refers to the metric which would help in order to measure the efficiency as well as the performance of the enterprise.

Hence, it could be seen that crisis model would be rendered to as one of the most complex process. This process helps in determining the symptoms as well as determining the problems of the same. This process would help in order to define the current status of the company, define the various issues, problems. But, this type of the process does not help to study the various causes of the issues.

The crisis diagnosis model could be defined as one of the models which would help to define the various applications of the other models. This model would be quite helpful to estimate as well as describe the action to assess the current state of the organization.  This would help in order to take various decisions which would help in order to measure the overall performance of the company as well as upgrade its image in front of the investors, creditors, customers, stakeholders, shareholders, debtors.

The figure below illustrates the crisis diagnostic model which would practice in three different stages. The stages have been defined as under. Various assumptions have been taken to see the crisis model.

The first stage of the crisis model could be seen & is based upon the various analysis of the environment. This analysis would help in order to identify the various types of crises which could be seen in any industry or organization. In the initial stage of the model, various issues which trouble the smooth functioning of the organization could be seen. Evaluation of the performance of the company could be estimated as well as identification of the same could be done in detail. One of the most crucial factors which could be evaluated would refer to measure the size, human capabilities, possibilities, technical support which would help the organization to apply the crisis diagnostics model in a well defined manner.The second or the next stage in the crisis diagnostic model would include the diagnosis of the various kinds of crisis which might trouble the organization in the years to come would be to locate bankruptcy, low of effectiveness, locate the problematic areas which hampers the growth of the enterprise, update the objectives, procedures, plans as well as provide feedback to the customers should be implemented.

The third stage of the crisis diagnostic model would take into consideration the entire process of the organization. The more emphasizes would be to put to use the new method or technology which would help the organization to use the application & use the various traditional methods as well.

The other major reason which leads to the failure of system would be due to the responsibility of the system. There are various segments who would determine the various responsibilities for the development as well as implementation.
