It is the duty of a teacher to be aware of the problems occurring in the classroom and to take proper action to prevent actions of bullying. (Brewster & Railsback, 2001; Pellegrini, 2002).It is the duty of the teachers to create healthy and positive environment in the class .The workshops should be there which teaches teachers how to manage classroom properly and how to handle and prevent bullying situation effectively. (NAAG, 2000; Smith, 2000).A significant role is played by the school counselors(Hoover & Olivier, 1996) to reduce bullying at school level, they look at the need of an individual’s, the responsibility of the counselors is to understand the situation between the one who bully and one who suffer from bullies. Policies should be made to avoid bullying situation, first is that problems of the schools should be understood before taking action, the main purpose is to understand who bullied, Mwhy, when and how. While creating a policy one must involve teachers, parents, school staff and also children so that they feel part of this policy and promotion against bullying should be done through various school activities.
