Both companies should try to build a strong partnership and work towards similar goals. They should take proper steps from the beginning so that there is no contradiction afterwards.

To obtain feedbacks the company should ensure that there is a proper system developed that takes the feedback to the management and ensures that they are solved easily. If the team is able to deal with the feedbacks properly then the relationship will be strong and they can focus on long term goals. The person taking feedbacks and dealing with the people should have a proper understanding and the ability to remain in the front lines.
