PROFIT CENTRES.

Profit centre that can be incorporated into the facility.

One of the key facility which incorporates higher amount of revenue to the business is enhancing and growing demand of cardio exercises (Hungerlaender, 2014). Customers in present world prefers to do non machinery exercise. These exercises are good and is preferred by almost all age group people. Some of cardio exercise includes burpees, jump rope, jumping jacks, squat, kickboxing, dancing, running the stairs, etc. This is believed to attract more and more customers because it enhances the strength of muscles and heart. Moreover, it keeps in control the blood pressure and sugar level of the body so middle age people are keen on spending more time on cardio work out rather than machinery workouts. This further minimizes the risk of asthma and chronic pains. Therefore, this is one of the most important profit centre and people of age group between 20 to 50 are highly preferable. As this includes large set of customers, more profits and revenues will be generated from cardio work out sessions. So this must be given special focus.

This helps in making prior plans to deal with threats and overcoming weak areas. For doing external analyses, SuperFit will apply PESTLE analyses as well as industry analyses through  Porter’s five generic points.
  • Pricing strategies: In initial stages of business, the club will focus on keeping prices low for customers by providing them with annual subscription at half price who will take plan of first three months. In later months, if company fails to attract the expected customers then, it will go for giving free weekend trials, half price annual subscriptions, etc. types of promotional methods which will promote cardio exercise.
