The main purpose of this report is to provide a proposal for the target audience of Darwin. The proposal would be “construct recreational centre’ catering to all age groups. The business proposal would be referred to as novel concept i.e. a theme park combined with an amusement park, restaurant as well as a resort. The name of the recreational center would be H2Go i.e. an amusement park with an aquatic theme. The amusement park within H2Go would cater to water sports or slides depicting the aquatic life. The analysis will also take into consideration a detailed analysis of the budget keeping in mind the projected balance sheets, profit/loss statements & cash flow for the same[1].
While carrying out the cost benefit analysis for H2Go, it will be divided into three parts i.e. potential costs to be incurred, estimated benefits & the difference between the two.
The main segregation of the cost involved in the construction of the recreational centre would be divided into the following three headings i.e. men, machinery & material. The total budget estimated for the entire project will be divided as follows.
