The main purpose of this report is to provide a proposal for the target audience of Darwin. The proposal would be “construct recreational centre’ catering to all age groups. The business proposal would be referred to as novel concept i.e. a theme park combined with an amusement park, restaurant as well as a resort. The name of the recreational center would be H2Go i.e. an amusement park with an aquatic theme. The amusement park within H2Go would cater to water sports or slides depicting the aquatic life. While carrying out the cost benefit analysis for H2Go, it will be divided into three parts i.e. potential costs to be incurred, estimated benefits & the difference between the two.
