These are the two most important part in TLE services that lead to the competitive advantage and the sustainability to the enterprise. Locally own enterprises are the most effective in terms of environmental, services and efficiency of the services (Dahles, 1999; Swarbrooke, 1999). Sustainable tourism and leisure services are becoming a part of micro business and small enterprise for the developing countries (Horobin & Long, 1996; Danvers & Long, 1996).
I will be discussing three TLE enterprises from the world, which are favourite to me and that is why I have gathered the data and details about these enterprise.
Cox and Kings, India
Cox and Kings is one of the oldest established travel and event companies and have head quarter in Mumbai. It is one of the oldest and renowned enterprises and has a serving experience of around 250 years in the industry.
If we talk about the company policies and practices, it is again of top notch quality and that is why they are able to sustain in the industry for so long period of time. The company has its own code of conduct and ethical rules and all the employees including the senior management people are bound to follow the same.

Exclusive Events New Zealand is one of the shining event and tourism enterprise in New Zealand. They believe in creativity and unique service quality each and every time.
They are again not very much conscious about the norms but they believe in creativity to come up with new and unique services for every client.
Adventure Tours, Australia
Adventure Tours is one of the leading travel and tourism enterprise in Australia and it was established in 1992. Since then they are delivering their reliable and budgeted services to the clients and that is the main reason, they are leading and sustaining in the industry and moving towards their missing and vision.

If we talk about the sustainability of the TLE enterprise then the most common thing come out from the above analysis that all the enterprise are facing some kind of issue related to economic aspects and they need to make some effective steps to uproot these challenges to make themselves more competitive and sustainable.
