The organization being reviewed in the project is Harrowlea Distributors Ltd. This is an Australian firm that has been supplying organic products to the people for many years. The founders of the company are Mark and Janette Harrowlea. Their business model is kept simple and the main has been to bring organic home style products to Australian families.
1a. Organization’s Vision
Organizations vision has been to satisfy the consumers and build strong customer base. As the demand increased the company started focusing on expanding and from being a local company it went on to become a nationally recognized company. The current strategy of the company is based on differentiation and supplying high quality organic products. As times changed the company started visualizing the changes required to be made in the organization and adjusted according to the requirements of the consumers. Both companies should try to build a strong partnership and work towards similar goals. They should take proper steps from the beginning so that there is no contradiction afterwards.

To obtain feedbacks the company should ensure that there is a proper system developed that takes the feedback to the management and ensures that they are solved easily. If the team is able to deal with the feedbacks properly then the relationship will be strong and they can focus on long term goals. The person taking feedbacks and dealing with the people should have a proper understanding and the ability to remain in the front lines.
7c. Describe the types of communication methods that you will use to communicate the current issue/proposed changes.
