Bad results have been seen in Slovene Companies, while measuring social climate, this was due to the absence of authentic leadership. In the company ACH, authentic leadership was not being practiced in everyday life. The condition of definition of learning organization is being satisfied by the Slovene Company (Senge 1994) as it has welcomed new thoughts, and employees have been thought the method of learning together. We can say authentic leadership is very important for the development of the organization. Authentic leadership acts as a vehicle for designing the structure of the Business Academy in future. Companies should pay proper attention towards authentic leadership which helps in building identity of an organization in a positive manner, where staffs are being motivated for finishing their assignments related to their job. We can say that authentic leadership is important in ACH, as the reward system is low, mostly in Slovene companies .
