Do a list of fake Price Strategy showing detail information about home automation systems that is made by the Apple Stores and make it look like we are creating a marketing plan. However, the Price Strategy is part of the marketing plan. Focus how prices nothing but strategies. Feel free to use price guides, making decision promotes Prices only on items made by the Apple Store for Home automation systems. Use targets, charts, etc.

Abstract

The selected organization in the study will is SLG group, which is one of the most popular nonprofit organizations in United Kingdom. It operates its business in Liverpool. The three important areas, which will be identified in the study, are development process of a team, plans and proceedings and identifications of key areas in the economy.

Introduction

The present study will highlight what three important areas, which a nonprofit organization should consider in the operations of the business plans and policies. Three important points, which are emphasized in the study, to increase the efficiency, are as follows. The selected organization in the study is SLH Group (Slhgroup.co.uk, 2016). SLG group is one of the most significant nonprofit organizations in the United Kingdom. It operates its business in the United Kingdom mainly in Liverpool (Slhgroup.co.uk, 2016).

Three concepts that the organization should consider

The objective of the study is to highlight all the factors of a nonprofit organization, which will allow the organization to increase efficiency in the organization. The company has done well towards achieving the customer services excellence. The objective of the different nonprofit organization is to contribute to the society (Reider, 2012). Primarily the company needs to develop a proper team, which will allow the organization to identify what are the critical areas of the community that need to be developed (Zhang, 2012). The organization needs to develop a proper target area in which all the activities needs to be formulated in an appropriate manner which will allow the organization to develop an adequate plans and proceedings. Methods and procedures are essential in every organization whether it a nonprofit organization or a profit organization. Different approaches and circumstances will allow any group to develop a proper business strategy (Reider, 2012).

The final objective, which needs to be formulated for a nonprofit organization, is to identify the most economical challenged areas in the economy. In different countries, whether a developed country or a developing country there are few areas, which are economically challenged. The developed team in the organization needs to identify the economically challenged area of the country (Slhgroup.co.uk, 2016). It will allow the team to identify all the backward and economically challenged area of the country. There are individual goals and objectives in the organizations (Reider, 2012). The job of an efficient organization is to identify all key areas, which will allow the organization to transform all the activities of the organization in a common direction, which will allow the nonprofit enterprise to achieve the common organizational goals and objectives (Zhang, 2012).

Conclusion

The concluding part of the study wills summarizes all the key areas which the nonprofit organization needs to develop in the operations of the business. There are three important areas, which are identified in the study, which will allow the selected group to develop its business plans, and policies. A team needs to be formulated in the body, which will enable the organization to identify the critical areas. The second point, which is highlighted in the study, is the process of development of a proper plans and proceedings, which will allow the organization to achieve the common organizational goals and activities. The final concept, which is highlighted in the study, is to identify the economically backward areas of the country. It will help the organization to contribute towards the development of the society.

In the business world, there are two kinds of business organization. One is profit-making organization and on the other hand, is a nonprofit organization. The objective of the study is to analyze some of the significant factors of the nonprofit organization. The selected management book in the study is principles and practice of nonprofit management. Michael J. Worth developed this particular book. The present book concludes about the different kinds involved in the development process of nonprofit organization. The objective of the different nonprofit organization is to contribute to the betterment of the society (Worth, 2013). It is one of the main different between a profit making organization and a non-profit making organization. The objective of the profit making organization is always to earn a profit and on the other hand, the goal of the different nonprofit organization is to contribute to the betterment of the society. Making profit is the secondary issue of types of nonprofit organization.

Three Concepts for Non Profit Organization

The selected group in the study is American Charities. The objective of the study is to conclude about the three important concepts, which will highlight obtaining and managing resources for the nonprofit organization. The three essential concepts, which are emphasized in the study, are effective leadership, strategic planning, programs, and optimum utilization of resources. The three identified concepts in the study will allow the organization to fulfill the required goals and objectives. Different groups develop some individual aims and targets whether a profit making organization or a nonprofit making organization. The goals and objectives of the organization are determined by keeping in mind the requirements of the organization as well as the demands of the society.

The first concept, which is highlighted in the study will, is the notion of the effective leadership. The idea of effective leadership will allow the organization to execute all the plans and proceedings in the right manner. It will help the team to find the best alternative solution to solve different kinds of organizational problems (Worth, 2013). The second factor, which is highlighted in the study, is the notion of strategic planning. Strategic planning will allow the organization to develop all the plans in a proper manner. There are some common organizational goals and objectives, if the group develops a strong strategic planning, it will automatically allow the organization to achieve the common corporate aims and objectives.  The final concept, which is highlighted in the study, is the optimum utilization of the resources. Resources of the organization are limited weather a profit making organization or a nonprofit making organization (Worth, 2013). By adopting this particular concept, the company will be benefited in different ways.

Abstract

This assignment entitled as “Protecting Whistleblowers” will focus on the rules, regulations and procedures adopted by organizations to protect their whistleblowers from retaliation. Besides, this assignment will also shed light on how a whistleblower can inform his organization about any illegal practice by following organization’s rules. The main goal of this assignment is to find out how a whistleblower can be protected from internal threats and external threats.

A whistleblower in an organization is the person who collects all the information on any illegal activities occurring in that organization and reports it to the senior authorities. A whistleblower can be normal employees, suppliers, clients or any other individual who gain knowledge of illegal activities by witnessing it or being told about it. For the sake of the companies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has created various programs to protect whistleblowers from retaliation (Goodof, 2013).

As whistleblowers serve to report any unauthorized or illegal behaviors of any employee or senior personnel of the company, there are chances that he will lose his job, or he will face any other threats from those persons. On the other hand, whistleblowing is very important in any organization as it helps the management to keep their organization neat and clean. Therefore, it became necessary to protect the whistleblowers and encourage their services. Since then, several whistle blower acts are introduced in countries and organizations to protect whistleblowers from retaliation. For example, in 1998 Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) was released to protect federal government employees of United States who are responsible for disclosing information about illegal and dishonest activities going on at a government organization (Devine 2013). In 1970, OSHA introduced another whistleblower protection act which is later expanded by Congress into twenty-two federal laws to protect whistleblowers. This law protects employees who report work place violations from various professional sectors like environmental, motor vehicle safety, railroad, maritime, food safety, pipeline, consumer product, nuclear, airline, health and public transportation agency. Some other factors are there that can help a whistleblower to protect himself by blowing the whistle at the right time to the right person. If a whistleblower discloses any illegal activity to the right person through the procedures which the senior employees have authorized, the law protects him (Devine & Walden, 2013). However, to get protection from law, a whistleblower must be hundred percent sure that malpractice is occurring in the organization. Types of illegal activities which are covered by the law are criminal offenses, inequality of justice, danger to people’s health and safety, a threat to the environment and failure to comply with a legal obligation. Any organization must not reveal the identity of a whistleblower unless it is demanded by law and order when they are ready to take serious actions against the persons who are responsible for any malpractice. However, before blowing the whistle, whistleblowers must understand that they will not get any protection from the organization and law if they have signed the official secrets Act as a part of their employment contract (Devine 2013).

Every organization is now working to protect and encourage their whistleblowers. They understood that only employees can figure out whether any illegal activities in the organization are going on or not. If yes, then it is essential to find out the roots of those activities and remove them once and for all. Therefore, they are feeling the importance provide proper protection to those employees who can serve this purpose.

I conclude that lot of people who owns websites complain that AdSense account was physically challenged immediately before they receive their first ever pay check from the Google Company. Introduction

The present segment provides a deep understanding about the procedure for using the future market to hedge against interest rate risk. The report also explains the differences between using derivatives to hedge against risk and using it for speculation with reference to the Biblical teachings.

Future Market to hedge against interest rate risk

A future contract is primarily regarded as a contract that can be used to purchase or sell a particular commodity or else a financial claim at a particular price at some specific future period of time (Hull, 2012). In order to hedge against rise in the rate of interest, a selling position can be taken in the futures market. The future contract results in profits when the rate does increase and has the effect of maintaining the cost of borrowing at a lower level. Again, an agreement of buying position in the future market as known as the long position will help the investor to hedge against declining rate of interest (Hull, 2012). Therefore, the investor can take a long put option that provides the right to sell the stock at a specified price, whereas the short call option offers the option to buy at a specified price and collects premium while waiting.

Difference between using derivatives to hedge against risk and for speculation

The hedger can use derivatives to hedge against risk. The hedger can secure a price at a current date to protect against declining rates at a future date by assuming the short position (Hull, 2012). Again, the hedger can secure a price now to protect against rising rates. On the contrary, the speculator can a secure a price at current period in anticipation of the falling prices in short position, and secure a price now in anticipation of rising prices in long position.

Relationship between the Biblical principles and hedging

Specific Biblical principles for the purpose of both savings as well as investment point out that the Bible does prohibit all sorts of interest on loans within the economy along with usury or excessive interest (Porter & Steen, 2006). Therefore, in accordance to the teachings of Bible, the proper way of investment that can hedge against inflation is through accumulation of the durable assets that can have a realistic use and an aesthetic appeal. It can also hedge against inflation and offer the prospect of capital gain. In the following discussion the marketing plan of the latest home automation product is discussed here. As usual Apple has used Skimming pricing strategy for making business with their latest product. This particular pricing strategy has effectively provided the scope to attract the high society customers (Du & Chen 2014). In addition to that, the Apple stores exclusively use skimming price strategy as a tool of effective marketing procedure. The skimming price strategy greatly assists the sale professionals to adjust the price of the Apple home automation products according to the perception of the consumers. Moreover, the approach of the skimming pricing strategy is mainly focused on the profits. The skimming pricing strategy is also quite effective for achieving the maximum profit margin from the same sales-volume of the Apple home automation products.
