The performance stage is the structured training, discipline, and competitive involvement at local, regional, national, and international levels.
At this stage, the athletes are given specialized coaching, physical conditioning, and mental preparation to enhance their performance.
The arena of excellence stage is where elite athletes compete at national and international levels (Olympics or professional leagues).
However, to succeed at this stage, an athlete needs advanced training programs, sports science support, and to benefit from elite coaching and facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n
