Total project cost estimate | $ 227,237.80 |
The approximate budget that has been estimated for the project is $ 227,237.80 which includes human resource as well as other resources.
Human resources: The cost for human resources has been estimated as they will be responsible for executing the activities required to complete the project. Every resource will be associated for a certain duration with particular roles and responsibilities.
Hardware resource: This type of resource is considered as required material to execute the ECP system project. It mainly comprises of the hardware equipment that are required to complete the project.
Software resources: These resources are also considered as materials required for completion of the project. This type of resource is related to software services or applications that are required to execute the activities for the project.
2. Process of website development
The process that will be followed to develop a website such that it enters into the top ten websites in 2018 has been discussed in this section. There are mainly five steps for design and deployment of a website as mentioned below:
- Generating the client ideas: This step is the first and foremost part in website development in which requirements are gathered from the clients along with ideas of the exact purpose that will be served by the website. In this step, the planning for development will be done with different factors:
- Naming and Branding involves determining a suitable domain name and keywords that will fit with the business organization.
- Pages and contents relates to identifying the number of pages or contents that will included in the website.
- Competition means determining the suitable approach that can be taken for the design by analyzing the designs of other competitors existing in the market.
- Design includes determining the best possible outlook of the website so that it is able to attract more customers.
- Mockups and Media: This step comprises of designing the mockups to present the interfaces of the system such that it can be easily operated by the users. It also involves collecting of media from the client so that it can be included in the website.
- Acquiring feedback throughout the project: This step relates to requesting for feedback from the client at every point so as to ensure that the website can be developed successfully. It is essential to involve clients at every point so that project can be accomplished with expected outcomes as well as within estimated budget and time.
- Development and design: In this step, the practical work will be done on the server side and back end of the website. The responsiveness and correctness of the website be also evaluated in this step so that the website is successful and provides useful outcome as per requirement of the client.
- Deployment of the website: It is considered as the last step in website development in which website will be implemented and brought to online such that it fulfills the requirement of client.
