In your opinion, and via your own research, have they been successful in providing a sustainable tourism experience, or is just ‘greenwashing’ to sell holidays? As per seckings tourisms are one of the major sectors in developing the economy of a country. Tourism is one of the important sources of employment and the investment. It is also one of the best and popular ways to spend the time leisurely. It is developed in all the countries with different features. Economically it pays the value for the domestic market. In that case Dubai is one of the largest tourism in the world. It explores the traditional and rich culture with glorious beauty. It is also serves as the one of the international business hub. Dubai is the connecting link between India and Europe. Dubai offers a huge tourist spots for the people to express their charm and splendour life. A people from all over the globe visit Dubai for their holiday trip. Ancient hospitality and fantasy climate accompanied with crime free environment and good infrastructures helps to create the good atmosphere for the tourism development. Dubai is also given the importance for sports and conducted events like cricket competition, Dubai world cup, desert polo and classic golf tournament. It is also glitters in the night time with spectacular night clubs with huge bars. It’s a hotspot for the tourist and the travellers to enjoy glorious moments with the immense fun. People can enjoy in sight seeing like historical buildings, monuments, temple and skyscrapers. The Dubai tourism is one of the fascinating and serves as the people paradise for shopping. People from the different country enjoy shopping in tax free way. It is great bench mark for Dubai tourism among all the country tourism. The ministry of Dubai tourism also finds a wide search to explore the country’s maximum potential to the visitors and for the travellers. Tourism is the major resource of revenue in Dubai. Tourism helps to lift the country standard in a peak position.
Beaches in Dubai:
There are top three beaches in Dubai namely Jumeirah, Al-Mamzar and Jebel Ali beach. Jumeirah beach is located in the centre part of the city, in order to reach the place the ride will take only twenty five minutes and many cafes & restaurants are placed where tourist’s people and travellers can enjoy their life. lifeguards are provided to each people in the beach for the safety considerations and another top most beach is Al-Mamzar this is the beach covering a very huge area and attracts the most of the people in that city. This beach pays the major value for the city because it is surrounded by the swimming pools, kids’ creation place, and water sports. Trees filled in the city explore the nature speciality and provide a colourful sight which attracts entire tourists but this beach is open on every day except Thursdays & Fridays and Wednesday is allotted for women& kids. The last top most beaches is Jebel Ali is very famous beach in Dubai so many reasons are there for being famous. In Dubai this beach is marked for home to the industrial zones and it is duty free in Dubai. It is home to luxury resorts, hotels and man-made for palm islands project. This beach offers the features of surfing and fishing. People can enjoy their time by make nominal entry fee. Winter is the best time to enjoy in this beach and it will be very hot during the summer seasons.
Shopping mall:
As per pocock shopping is one of the most important thing in the world which attracts especially the women and children. it is ultimate relaxation for the family. Shopping in Dubai is most reflecting facility of cosmopolitan lifestyle. It is also named as the shopping capital of the Middle East. All the products are available in a decent price which is attracted by the visitors. There are number of shopping malls are situated in Dubai. The Emirates mall which is in Dubai is one of the largest shopping mall in the world and it is centrally located in Dubai and the most famous mall in Dubai is Deira City Centre. The Burjuman Centre in Dubai is the best landmark; it will help the tourists to reach the spot easily. This centre is comfort with good seating arrangements and peaceful shopping environment. The Mercato Town Centre which is in Dubai is available with all the facilities like movies, romantic dinner parties etc., the festivals of Dubai mostly held in this centre. Another famous shopping mall in Dubai is Mazaya Centre Mall it was established in the year 2000, and it was opened near the tallest building in the world i.e., the Dubai tower. Al Ghurair Centre is one of the top 10 shopping mall in Dubai this mall is most famous for fine clothes and cosmetics for women, the products are branded like fascinated. There are some of the shops are available for local fashion clothes both in Hollywood styles and bollywood styles. A large accessories gallery available for women’s depending up on their styles the special art galleries and artworks are the main department in this mall; it covers all the type of tourists because international levels of art galleries are also available. There are number of retail outlets and restaurants to enjoy where the people wants to Spend their time leisurely while they are in shopping.
Hotels and restaurants:
As per Greene there are number of hotels and restaurants situated in Dubai which admires the tourists all the time. The most three magnificent hotels in Dubai namely Bonnington Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab. This hotel comprises with lots of indoor pool, spa and health clubs. Business center, conference room/meeting and luxurious car service provided to the businessman or to any other corporate guests, it including restaurants along with many coffee shop, bars etc., The most Famous hotel in Dubai is Jumeirah Beach Hotel, This hotel is built back in twenty one years ago with the traditional infrastructures. The hotel has offering numerous wonderful places to entertain equally with adults, kids and children’s. Burj al Arab is one of the top seven-star hotels in the world. It is very impressive to the tourists because all the sail-ship interior design is made inside the hotel and the outlook admires the people in the world and everyone feel please with the place. The specialty of all the hotels in Dubai is they are centrally located on the beach side in the desert within the city to produce the major attraction in Dubai experiences. Dubai offers luxuries to the tourist who comes from all over the globe with the spectacular features. There are other low cost hotels are also available in and around the city. Most visitor and traveler expect much luxury and comforts for stay because they want to make their stay much pleasant to enjoy the vacation. Due to increased number of travelers in Dubai people finds very difficult to get the rooms. It is more important to book the room in advance to enjoy the trip purposefully. Huge number of high class restaurants is available in Dubai. This restaurant offers a variety of food for the customer from all over the world. Arabic food is most preferable by the home town people. The traveler can get a variety of foods like Asian, Italian, Chinese, Mexican Arabian etc. the nation also conducts a number of food shows and display of food to boost up the food industry.
Entertainment:
In the current modern world people are spending their life in a mechanical way. They are not finding time to spend leisurely. But the real fact is all the human beings should spend their time pleasantly in order to have peaceful mindset. Dubai is one of the nations to provide the extraordinary entertainments for the people to express their charm. Dubai is the diversity of the entertainment and it’s a multicultural population. According to Mimi Bars and pubs are the most famous in Dubai. These bars and night clubs have authorized to sell the alcohols to the customers. This will inhale the valuable time from the travelers. Tourist also can spend their time in the cinema theatres. Various cinema theatres are available in the city some of them are located outside the city. Different language movies are displayed in the theatres to the comfort of people coming from the various countries. The most special attraction towards the tourist is desert safari. It adds the special value for the Dubai tourism. Travelers are more eager to make trip to stay there in the desert. The sand driving give the huge excitement for the tourist and it serves as good adventures also. Most of the people will visit desert safari for challenging ride. Morning and evening safari is available for clients. Based upon the tourist comfort the desert safari is operated. It is highly recommended and it will be meaningful for the penny that you have spent in the safari. It is also provides safety for the people who wants to have desert safari and its strictly recommended for the pregnant women’s and elderly people not to take the desert safari. People can take the camera for safari to take the pictures of sunset and shadows falls on the desert. Another activity is camel trek which give wide range of desert views. It is a great chance to experience the environment of desert.
Other most attraction for the kids is Dubai zoo. Always kids have a huge affinity towards the animals and birds. Dubai zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the world. It is a special place of tourist and kids to have a more fun. The zoo filled with some aquarium of different fish’s reptiles and wild animals like tiger lion and cheetah. Fishing is also attracts most of the tourist in the Dubai. Because it is rich in marine life. People can enjoy by fishing and surfing in the water. Horse riding is also including in the tourism and it is one of the old traditional method burs the tourist is still enjoying the horse riding. The tourist with the children and feels young at heart can enjoy this theme park to high level. The most excitement park is wadi water park fills with huge water and people can float in water and blasted around powered jet ride for the thrill seekers.
The world largest theme park is in the constructional and it is named as the dubailand. If this construction completed Disneyland will step one foot downwards. Because it contains art, science, cultures theme parks sports, shopping and hotels. It will be mega project for the tourism of Dubai. The ministry of tourism will expect the huge visitors from all over the world after the completion of this project. And economically it steps upwards.
Conclusion:
Tourism plays vital role for many countries like Spain Italy France Thailand and even islands also like Maldives, Fiji etc.the tourism will intake the huge money from all over the world through the people with their goods and services and the employment opportunities are also raised associated with the tourism. This will includes like the airlines fare crew ship fare also accompanies with the accommodation in the hotels, resorts and the entertainments. The awesome desert landscape and the hot weather explain the attraction to satisfy the taste of the modern people. This will increase the economic wealth which will helps in expanding the other sectors for the development of the nation. In the gulf area Dubai is named as the economic centre. It also offers some packages in terms of incentives not anywhere in the world. The safe environment and good lifestyle make the people to feel more comfortable. Dubai has its own place to attract extremely the healthy people by providing the wild projects. The city has great potential in tourism and travel industry. Dubai had everything to attract the every type of people from all over the globe. More over it provides the security for women’s and make the environment crime free… Dubai tourism provides a great show for the visitor and travellers to admire and enjoy the beauty sceneries. It has been concluded that travel and tourism are the major resource for Dubai to earn the foreign exchanges. The tourism has strong prospect of growth in the present as well as in the future.
