The Colonial history of the centers of North America has mainly struggled around the area of England, France as well as that of Spain to improvement switch of all of the continent. In terms of the Spanish settlers, they were restricted in all of the Catholics where the Protestants were persecuted as they were said to be driven out.

In the English gatherings it was originally friendly some earlier colonists have trusted on all of the Native Americans for the purpose and the goal of the trade which helps in survival. Eventually, it can be said that the greed for all of the lands which can turn all of the conflicts with all of the Indians. In terms of the French colonies though there was the conversion of the labors in terms of the missionaries ( WBA Textbook). Colonialism is a significant part of the history however there are different characteristics and traits for colonialism.  The French admiration for all of the Native Americans has allowed many to forge all of the associations which were actually against the British. In terms of the Spanish colonies, the missionaries saw the Native Americans as to be rehabilitated to all of Christianity and this is watched fit only for all of the killings as well as that of the subjugation.

Women, in general, played a significant character in the growth of colonial America though there were few legal privileges. The experiences of the womenfolk varied from colony to colony and there were the different types of ethnic groups for the same (WBA Textbook). Women during that time can be said as the primary caretakers of the children along with the elders in the Colonial time.  In the case of New England for instance the Puritan settlers have brought in strong religious value in the New World which is said to have dictated. It should be noted that the women were “God-fearing”  and they were the best of their ability. Among all of the Puritan settlers in New England, most of the wives are said to have worked in all of the fields as well as that of stables (The  Puritan Family). The German, as well as that of Dutch immigrants, have granted all of the control over all of the property which was not permitted in terms of the English law. Unlike most of the English colonial wives, there were colonial wives, German as well as that of the Dutch wives which have owned their clothes as well as the items which were given to all of the ability to write all of the wills which is disposing of their property which is brought into all of that marriage.  The typical women in colonial America were expected to run all of the household and domestic duties which include spinning, animal husbandry, cooking, cleaning as well as that of raising children. The families were large and there was childbearing which actually could be dangerous and there was the advancement in terms of medicine and health. Therefore when necessary it was the responsibility of the colonial housewife to help the husband in terms of the agriculture and textiles which is created by all of the women and the owner of the goods which is received when the money they sold for. In some parts of the country, there were legal statutes and the societal norms which allowed for all of the examples were not the norm.   

 The Salem witch trials were the series of all of the hearings as well as that of the prosecution of all of the individual which is accused of all of the witchcraft in all of the content between that of 1692 and 1693. Like many of the Europeans and New England have believed to the supernatural. Every event in the colonies has appeared to be the sign of the mercy of the judgment of God and this is commonly believed by all of the witches and the Devil to carry all of the deeds or the cause which is deliberate in terms of the harm. There are events like that of the sickness of the death of the children in terms of the loss of the cattle and there are other catastrophes that are blamed for all of the witches’ work. Throughout all of the year, men who were arrested which include in the good standing and there are colonists there were hundreds who were accused of all of the witchcraft which includes all of the individuals of the town which is the habits for all of the appearance bothered all of the neighbors. It should be noted that women were the susceptible to all of the suspicious of all of the witchcraft as they are perceived in terms of the Puritan society for all of the weaker constitutions which are inhabited by all of that of the Devil.
