The feedback which I have received on the essay “All conflicts in organization is dysfunctional” will be helpful for me in guiding how an essay should be prepared. After reading the feedback I have learnt that while writing an essay it should be kept in mind that the information should be firstly piled up in specific format i.e. introduction which will provide a brief of the essay. It should give an outline to all the arguments, which will be mentioned in the main body of the essay. This will help the readers to understand the motive of the essay (Thompson, 2017).

Moving forward the essay should consist of a main body, which includes all the data, information, required by the assessor. Most importantly, the data and facts included in the essay should be taken from the textbooks and authentic sources. The matter included in the essay should be valid and relatable to the content. It should be presented in easy language and which is understandable by the reader. The main body should be properly structured for instance for starting a new topic paragraph must be switched (Redman & Maples, 2017).

Conclusion must contain a brief about the overall study conducted on respective topic. It should be include the objectives and decisions, which are drawn by after study. The conclusion must be strong enough to explain the gist of the essay.

By the following study I have learnt that organization may face conflicts because of dysfunctional errors. These are errors are because of absence of clear direction to the employees, poor communication between the employees and workers. therefore, it is suggested that the organizations must have a proper set of rules and regulations which may help the employees to work according the framework (Alemu, 2016).

From the feedback, I have learnt that it is essential to provide evidences of the facts or resources used for writing the essay. Providing the proper citations or the list of references to the consumers helps the reader in validating the authenticity of the write up. I have learnt that if the references are not provided penalty can be imposed by the tutor because of this it is possible that I (student) will be failed (Huisman & Saab, 2018).

As per the feedback provided by the tutor, I have learnt that the referencing mentioned should be done properly which means that citations should be placed at right place and referencing should be performed with the help of a tool. Herein, I was asked to provide all the references in the format of Harvard Australian style. I have learnt that by following the tool for referencing the chances of mistakes are reduced, all the fields should be properly filled like, name of the book or journal, page numbers, ISBN number, name of the author, publisher, location of the respective publisher and the volume and issue number of the source used (Huisman & Saab, 2018).
