In this report, two organizations have been analyzed such as World Vision & Plan International Australia for making a decision of donation of 200000 funds between these two organizations. In this report each organization has been analyzed on the basis of four perspectives such as Corporate Social responsibility, Organization Structure, Marketing Promotion and Recruitment of volunteers. At last, the manager of the company has decided to donate 200000 funds to World Vision & Plan International equally because both are working for the welfare of the children and take care of the children and its families and helps in economic injustice.
Introduction
In this report two organizations have been analyzed on the basis of their organization structure, CSR, recruitment of volunteers & marketing & promotion. It is observed that Plan International Australia is largest & oldest children’s development & growth organization throughout the world. World Vision Australia is a Christian organization operating to make a permanent change in the life of the children, communities & families that are living in injustice & poverty. The various activities of Plan International Australia have been described such as Child protection, Education, Child Health & Early development. In this report, differences have been found out between the two organizations on the basis four aspects of management.
Plan International Australia
It is observed that Plan International Australia is largest & oldest children’s development & growth organization throughout the world. It can be seen that Plan International Australia work with societies within 49 developing countries & issue funds to hold the work in other 21 countries such as Australia.
