Reviewing the Five-Factor personality traits
Different kinds of development in the modern day psychological study and the improvement of technologies has helped the contemporary personality psychologists to believe that there are five major dimensions of personality which are often referred to as the Big 5 personality traits (Aidt & Rauh, 2018). The five traits are namely extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness and neuroticism. The most important thing that must be noticed is the range between two extreme points in each of the five personality traits. In the actual reality it is seen that each person lies somewhere in between two different poles of each of the dimensions. Each of the five different traits has its own setoff positive as well as negative features (Harris, K., & Vazire, 2016). The Five Factor Personality Test will help to gain an idea on the personality of a person.

Reflection
The personality test conducted has revealed a whole new dimension of different characteristics of my personality. The personality test proves me to be an agreeableness person with the highest score of 99 in such a trait. Apart from this I have received a 91 rating in neuroticism which proves myself to be a person who is quite used to experience negative feelings. As a person with high neuroticism, my anxiety, anger and vulnerability is quite high and I am quite a fearful person. My reactions to any kind of vulnerable activities is a result of such a fear. Apart from this my depression is also quite high and I am a person who easily accepts the judgement of the external world. My only positive sign is my low level of immoderation and I have the capability to resist my cravings easily. On the other hand I am quite a reserved person and prefer staying introvert which makes my activity level equally low. However, my high score in cheerfulness and excitement seeking proves my capability as a strong person with cravings for befriending others. As a person with high level of imagination I am a bit emotional and have a slight craving towards adventure. My agreeable nature however outclasses my liberal mentality. Apart from this I have scored quite low in self-efficacy, self-discipline and cautiousness which proves my inability to receive an idea on the different kinds of the sensible works.
Reviewing of Results
The tests have been quite fruitful as the test clearly matches my personality in all the different areas. My neuroticism behavioural traits has been reflected clearly in this test as each of the different results has proved its worth. My high anger and anxiety has been a major negative trait in my character. My trait of easily accepting the decision of others and my behaviour as a fun loving person has also been clearly reflected from the scores of the test. The test proves the gaps that currently lies in my personality that can have a major impact in my professional career. The development of the characteristic approaches of an individual and the development of the human traits presents a great challenge for me to develop myself as a person with a proper balance of all the traits.
Impact of personality traits on work
Personality traits is surely something that has a direct impact on the workplace. My personality and my personal behaviour in the workplace is surely a matter of great concern and can have a negative or a positive impact on the professional career of a person. My own personality trait that has been identified through the conduction of the test has outlined my negative behaviour in some aspects. My anger and anxiety and my response to situations can certainly have a negative impact and my colleagues can certainly feel downgraded by such kind of behaviours. It is important for me to develop myself and put stress on my positive traits.
Potential impact of each of the factors
As said earlier the negative traits including my anger, depression and anxiety can have a long lasting impact on my professional career. The negativity it can implant in the mind of the people is certainly a problem. It is important to have a positive impact on the colleagues as having a positive impact on them can ensure success. The anger and anxiety can lead to a problem for me and my overall development.
