Question:
Is it a good thing to admit to others that you procrastinate? Will it raise a red flag to employers?
Answer:
In my opinion, it is not a good thing to admit to others regarding procrastination, which refers to the action of postponing or delaying something (Klingsieck, 2013). Yes, it can raise a red flag to the employers, as they do not want to hire those candidates who delay or postpone things. Procrastination results in missing the important things, which might need urgent attention. For employers, it is not at all acceptable for the growth of the organization in any way (Nguyen, Steel & Ferrari, 2013).
