Accountability of team members

The team members of the organization should be focused towards their roles and responsibilities; they must play a major role in achieving the goals and objective of the organization. They must be accountable and should communicate properly with their fellow team members.

Each member of the team is responsible for their own responsibility, for example: if the complaint handler receives any complaint than it is his major duty resolve that issue. If all the members of team are accountable to their responsibilities then only organization will be able to achieve the goal of 15% increment.

Performance plan

A performance plan is a plan that determines the goal and duties of employees of an organization. A performance plan also determines the ability of an employee for achieving the success in their duties and the code of conduct with Bizop’s enterprise.

Performance review

This process will be phrased and documented in the review report of performance improvement; the process is performed and completed by the manager.

Bizops will take actions if the performance of employees is not satisfactory, it may include termination of employees.

Responsibility of employee

The ultimate responsibility of the employee is to achieve and meet the desired expectations, if something impacts the performance of the employee; it needs to be addressed with the manager as soon as possible.

Responsibility of manager

  • During the performance plan, the manager has to conduct meetings to review the plan.
  • The provision of support and feedbacks in action plan.
  • The manager also need to focus in analysing the performance of the employees and provide them guidance and training.
  • The whole process of performance and its regular progress must be placed in performance review report.

Responsibility of senior manager

  • The major responsibility is to deal with any issue arises during the whole process.
  • The process must be done as per the principles determined; the person who makes the decision is completely free from any bias and should not have any personal interest in this process.
