Organizational BackgroundThe Smith Family is the independent children’s charity that is helping the poor and disadvantaged children to learn and explore their future. They are having a chain of huge stakeholders and team who all are working with the same vision and goal to help and support the disadvantaged children of Australia to uplift their condition and educational concern. Smith Family came up with this concept to explore their future by providing them a good educational condition and they took the initiative to come up with the Smith Family children charity NPO.They are having a holistic and ongoing education program named as “Learning for Life”. The program supports the children and young people to continue with their education. The program supports and encourages them to learn more and more and to understand their capability and potential. The program is really helpful to the disadvantaged children and young people including the disadvantaged family due to the kind of nurturing and caring of the future prospective who may be the bright future for the society, nation and economy. But due to absence of perfect caring and nurturing they may get lost in the crowd. So in another terms the Smith Family is really a boon for them and igniting a kind of new fire to the whole society by caring for the children’s education, that is the most important and critical factor for the growth and development of the society and a nation.
The Smith Family works in around 97 Australian communities that is backed and running by the 20,000 members of VIEW Clubs of Australia all together with around 6,800 volunteers across the country and various corporate partners, who are fully devoted and concerned to the children’s education and they all are ready to reach to all the disadvantaged children in need.
