Cofer described Maria la loca in details just because he wants to give an example of Maria’s life to describe about the situation how any men promise any women that he love her and will marry her but the truth is that after spending few times with her he can left her (Lilliana 2013).
Description about Maria la loca
Maria la loca was seventeen years old; the most beautiful girl of the town .She was very silent kind of a girl. She was in love with Rogelio Mendez (Moreno 2012). Everyone though that Maria will marry the richest man of the town “Rogelio Mendez .But that man fooled her and ruined her life. At last he didn’t marry her and left her alone.
Author’s purpose
The purpose behind this description is to create awareness among women about love and relationship (Rios 2013).They should not trust anyone easily.
Author’s emotion
Through this story the author wants to tell about the condition of women, she is also suffering just because her father left her mother alone. So she wants to explain about the bad effects and condition (Marisel 2012).
