Transport in Dubai: The four major issues associated with transportation in Dubai are presented below. These issues must be known in order to identify the transportation system of Dubai.

- High traffic: Another major issue associated with the road transportation system in Dubai is that there is a huge rush that need to be faced and as such, people need to plan their schedule to visit any places by taking one to two hours as extra time in order to effectively visit their desired location (Malpani, 2008).
- Lack of Reliability: The transportation system is also highly unreliable in case of Dubai road transport system.

Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel: Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel is a well known hotel in Dubai that is at a distance of 10 minutes from the Airport (Hilton Dubai Creek hotel, 2012). The hotel promises its customers that if they are not satisfied with the accommodation services as provided by the hotel, they can get it done right within a short period of time. But my visit to the hotel has resulted into a bad experience, as I have observed that the hotel did not comply with the commitment made by them. What I have observed during my stay is that I need the services of hotel during midnight and when I called the room service operators for the services, I have been told that the services are not available midnight. However, the hotel promises that they are ready to do anything in order to make a pleasant stay of their customers. Hence, the recommendations for the improvement of service within the hotel are that the staff should be highly trained and should be made responsible to provide the services to its customers at any point of time as requested by them. This would not only result in the satisfaction of customers, but also allows an opportunity to the hotel to satisfy all its commitments.
