It aims at establishing itself as a fitness and wellness provider in Australia (Bounce Fitness 2019). The Bounce Fitness has underpinned its business in many regions. There are four centers of Bounce Fitness and they are located in the following regions:
The first region where the business was opened in Cairns, Cairns is the first and the main center of Bounce Fitness. It is considered as the second largest among the other centers of Bounce Fitness.
The second center of Bounce Fitness is located in Melbourne. The center was opened due to the immense demand of Bounce Fitness from the customers.
The third center is opened in Sydney and which is the largest among all the centers of Bounce Fitness. The center is considered as the largest one due to the high degree of population in the area of Sydney and due to the demand of Bounce Fitness in that particular from customers (Bounce Fitness 2019).
The last center is in Brisbane and the last center which was built by Bounce Fitness. This center is the new one and possess new equipment and accessories.

Bounce Fitness believes in rapid innovations and creativity in its organization in order to satisfy the changing demand of the customers. The management of Bounce Fitness is keen to use “My Shopping” online website in order to gain the prices for three different ply tanks. The poly tanks are available in the website itself. The website is considered to be the most reliable according to the customer’s review which is found from the internet and from the testimonial from the customers who has shopped from Bounce Fitness. The website is consistent and aims at delivering to four areas where the Bounce Fitness area is located.

Yes, we have used the website as requested by the Executive Manager. Yes we consider that the website is reliable because the website provides different types poly tanks. This allows us to choose from different poly tanks and the website can be easily accessible by the customers as well. The website provides different types of payment slabs for the customers, and the customers are free to choose their payment slabs as per their relevance. These are the reasons which makes “My Shopping” is considered reliable and is chosen as the main supplier for the poly tanks.

The relevant information of the products and quotation can be obtained in hard copy form through printing the information which is presented in the website and is presented to the management. It is also important for the management to have a hard copy form so that the manager could directly look into the hard copy rather going to the website while making a decision or emergency purpose. It can be obtained through letter or fax or through phone or may be through brochures as well.

The information will help the management to make appropriate decision regarding the firm and in terms of water poly tank that will be purchased by Bounce Fitness and installed in all the centers.

We believe that the data collected and the research strategies that has been used are relevant and valid and has met all the requirements of the Executive Manager because, the data has been collected from the official website of Bounce Fitness. The research strategy used is through thorough observation from the online website store whish are true and valid since, it is their official website. The data has been clearly analyzed and complied them into one report. Therefore, it can be said that the data are true and relevant for the research and does meet all the necessary requirements. The site uses information which is supplied by very credible and well-established business.

While searching in the “My Shopping” online website, the above key word directly popped the different type of water tanks with weight, price, color that are available with all the mentioned specifications.

The analysis method that is used to compare the information so as to make appropriate recommendation is through the price and the specification of each water tank in the quotation. By comparing the specification of each of the tank and price of the tank, we could be able to determine which water tank could be the most suitable for Bounce Fitness. This is in terms of the prepared budget to buy the water tank and its usefulness. The recommendation will be provided to the management after comparing all the above mentioned information.

In order to inform to the center manager the Executive Managers needs to plan a communication strategy. The report will be presented through hard copy and there will be a face to face interaction with the Executive Managers. There could be a presentation as well showing all the information gathered from the research. However, face to face interaction is the best option since, the managers could ask questions related to the information and therefore, there will be no communication gap or information gap. The Center Manager needs to be informed through conducting meeting and setting clear communication objectives. This would allow the managers to understand the objective of the meeting and the need for poly tanks in Bounce Fitness. The meeting would allow take appropriate decision and clear interaction between them. They could use it as their consideration and providing suggestion on the selection of poly tanks as well.

Through meetings and interviews from the management we could be able to obtain feedback and comments. The feedback will be noted down in the meeting notes during the meeting which will be considered by the research team and they will be responsible to follow-up with the feedback and take the necessary steps as per the schedules which has been tabled by the management.
