Reflection:The most beneficial part of studying business ethics was to keep a note of the fact that ethics & integrity are governed with high levels of values. The study of business ethics has been regarded as one of the critical studies for the future managers. Study of ethics helps the managers to make a moral judgment regarding what is right & wrong. The decisions taken within the organization shall be practiced in an ethical & moral manner (Mather, 2011). The aspects or the various unit structure which I liked were the importance of social responsibility, issues in corporate social responsibility, practicalities involved within social responsibility, ethical aspect within cross cultural ethical management, corporate philanthropy, ethical leadership, whistle blowing, corporate governance, etc. Some of the aspects which I did not like were the functional areas in a business place such as financial issues, trade union, management strategy, etc. The activities best assisted to gain knowledge and improve your learning are whistle blowing, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ethical leadership. Enquiry Based Learning (EBL) approach uses range of pedagogical approaches to learning which are presented within a scenario, identifies the issues and solution for the same. Enquiry based learning includes different types of problem based learning’s which would help to develop an enquiry as well as problem based learning initiatives. Therefore, enquiry Based Learning (EBL) approaches make the learning experience more engaging.

With the implementation of business ethics within the organization, various problem solving skills have been utilized which would help to apply knowledge in the most appropriate manner. The skills can be utilized in context to work & community (Merchant, 2012). Two examples to cite the same are firstly, if there is any problem which is being faced within the organization brain storming session would be used which would help to provide different approaches to solve the problem. Secondly, if there is any problem which is within the people working in the enterprise then the problem solving approach which shall be used would be effective group discussion & practicing fair communication techniques (informal/formal)

Communicate in a variety of contexts and modes – The ability to engage with and create a range of verbal and written texts in appropriate work, community and learning contexts.Communication has been referred to as the heart & soul for any organization. Therefore, in order to maintain formal relationships within an enterprise a structured chart is being maintained. Two examples to cite the same are firstly, when there is a meeting or a group discussion the mode of communication changes to a formalized one i.e. the mode with which communication would be followed within the enterprise would be in written form. Whereas, on the other hand if there is any presentation then verbal means of communication would be used (Kopf, Boje & Torres, 2009).

Business Ethics:Ethics is in the eyes of the beholder i.e. whatever ethics mean to someone may mean something else to the other person. It shall be seen that, ethics & integrity are governed with high levels of values. The study of business ethics has been regarded as one of the critical studies for the future managers. The decisions taken within the organization shall be practiced in an ethical & moral manner. With the study of the business ethics, helps the managers to behave ethically. The employees & the managers working within the enterprise must decide the type of decision to be taken and at the most appropriate time. The study of business ethics will include two main aspects such as corporate social responsibility and ethical behaviour.

Ethical theory refers to a set of theories which shall be used by the manager or an individual in the organization or in real life. With the help of the ethical theories, enterprises will be able to maintain long term relationships & lay down strong foundations of integrity. Use of the ethical theory will benefit the organization in the long run. Some of the benefits which might be attached with the enterprises with the implementation of the ethical theories have been discussed in this section of the answer. The benefits are as follows i.e. building strong relationships, good reputation, increased levels of profitability, referrals & recommendations, growth in the client base of the enterprise, build high levels of integrity, trust, honesty and value (Jones, et al. 2005).The readings along with the topics covered in this unit have led to broaden the issues concerning business ethics. The benefits as well as importance of business ethics have been discussed as follows. Firstly, by implementation of business ethics high levels of profits will be earned. With the use the various ethical means within an enterprise, the businessmen will be able to make much profits than the others. For example, there is an organization named XYZ (deals in cosmetics). XYZ takes into consideration the ethical aspects in a defined manner i.e. while advertising regarding the products it provides an honest & truthful communication regarding the ingredients, its weight, and price attached to it, etc. Secondly, with the help of business ethics proper utilization of the resources shall be practiced within the organization. An example to cite this benefit will be that people in the organization shall not take bribe; they shall not cheat the customers & try to satisfy them by providing best of the services. Lastly, implementation of business ethics will help to creation of reputation within the market. It shall be seen that, with the use of business ethics enterprises will be able to build long term relationships and a strong client base for the same (Buzzle.com, 2012).
