Introduction

From the time of being transported to the European and the American colonies, the African Americans were viewed as the slaves and the class belonging to the garbage of the lower class. The community initiated their freedom journey after being tired of being treated as inhuman (Roosevelt 521). The community of the African American, initiated the hope for their freedom in the time of the American Revolution when hearing about the ruling in the England. These factors ignited the hope in them and made them feel that their rights were somewhat recognized. When the African Americans saw the Haitians to fight for their freedom , the community became more convinced and motivated towards their possibility for freedom. The community people envisioned a free and respectful life in the context of the racial justice by the means of the international events. The assignment highlights the instances of the African Americans from their time of being enslaved and their sufferings regarding their initiation towards the freedom from the racial inequalities in an international perspective.

Thesis statement

The thesis statement of the essay argues towards with the context how African Americans have defined the concept of the racial justice and freedom. The essay furthermore argues regarding their actions and attitudes towards making the freedom of the community of the African Americans a reality.

Historical context

Racial discrimination Raising from the context of The Crisis 42, the Book ; The Slave Market by Baker and Cooke illustrates the context of the Bronx slave market and the causes of the congested sections of the city of the New York. According to the author, the crash of 1929 brought to the labor market that was domestic. People started to feel the financial crunch and got pressed to the wall by the notion of poverty, discrimination and starvation. The community of the African Americans have been long discriminated and mistreated from the time they were taken from the continent of Africa to be enslaved and sold in America and Europe. The community people were sold off and was not at all allowed to own any of their personal belongings and have any sort of access to their inherent basic human rights. Education, health services and basic amenities were forbidden for the community people as a whole. In the Europe, the context of the slave trade became one of the most essential practices among the white people targeting the black ones from their right towards ownership. The slave owners used to believe that the black people could not run themselves and their affairs well, thus captivating and taking the charge of them by enslavement. The black people of the community of the African Americans began to view their racial injustice that has been long imposed over them and the revolution started from the allowing of the Charles Deslondes towards their January 1811 German coast uprising.
Different periods

Apart from the certain factors related to the enslavement of the black people, certain practices like sexual harassments of the women were common. It was seen as a common occurrence and less inevitable experiences for the women belonging to the community group.  In the years and the era before the movement of the women, the harassments of the women has never been an issue and was never considered as crime (Ortiz 67). Placed first on the agenda of feminism in the year 1974, In Ithaca, women belonging to the black community were forced to quit their job due to the unwanted sexual advances and encounters that were forced to them by their bosses and senior employees. Although eventually rejected, the court ruled in some of the other cases connected to the sexual harassments at the workplace for the violation of the Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

            Envisioning their right, the black African Americans became restless and decided among themselves regarding their motives to fight against the oppressors and raise voice against their dominators. Towards their journey of freedom, they initiated their communication and decided their actions and their weapons for their fight (Randolph 273). One of the renowned leader of the group , Toussaint L’Ouverture initiated the moves during the time of the French revolution for the Haitian independence movement. In the motive of the destruction of the revolution movement, the international community advised the slave owners to put the African Americans towards the situation of the place instead of controlling them through out. More hopes started to emerge among the black community people towards their freedom from the bad inhuman treatments by the white ones through rape, sexual assaults, whipping and other forms of tortures.
Discussion –

It is vitally essential for the community of the black people towards the issues of discrimination. In the current modern world, it is furthermore important to consider them as equal and rational towards their abilities and rights of leadership and adherence towards the program of the defense of the nation with the ensuring of the principles of the democracy.  The black African Americans as a race have been fighting for an equitable share of the opportunities that are generally basic and fundamental to each and every citizens of the nation of America. Enjoyment of the economic and the family securities are the signs of the inheritance of the true nature of the guarantees of the democracies. It is to be kept in mind that before very other thing, one in a human being. The black population initiated their acts of aggressions against the nation for the gaining of the freedom since lack of proper actions and revolution would enable them to stick in their situation forever.  In case of the American Revolution, the black African Americans achieved their initiation through the leadership of Toussaint L’Ouverture who was once a slave (Ortiz 474). The community people envisioned a free and respectful life from the inspiration of Toussaint L’Ouverture regarding the discrimination they faced due to the racial injustice in the states of United States. As per the statements by Randolph in his book, March for a fair share in the chapter, The march on Washington Movement of 1941, the author illustrated the fight of the negro for the jobs in the national defense. The author explained his active agitator ship towards the rights of the black people from the time of 1917. The essay highlighted 1963 march on Wahington and his message towards the rising discrepancy among the number of marches that were originally called for the dimensions of the appeal of the black community people.

Conclusion –

The community of the African American, initiated the hope for their freedom in the time of the American Revolution when hearing about the ruling in the England. The community of the African Americans have been long discriminated and mistreated from the time they were taken from the continent of Africa to be enslaved and sold in America and Europe. The community people were sold off and were not at all allowed to own any of their personal belongings and have any sort of access to their inherent basic human rights. The essay concludes how African Americans have defined the concept of the racial justice and freedom and made making the freedom of the community of the African Americans a reality in true.
