Recruitment strategy
In order to get the appropriate candidate for the proper process of recruitment will be followed BUNI travel. In case of BUNI travel, the recruitment process will be done in 3 rounds. After completion of collecting the application from the candidates, the resume of individual will be observed by the HR.
First round
From all the application the selection team will select the 30 resume, who will get the call for 1st round interview. In the first round interview, the selection team will verify the information provided by the candidates. During the interview process, the candidates will be asked few questions regarding the tourism sectors and the responsibility of the particular job role. During this process, the selection team will be able to understand the communication as well as educational abilities of the candidates. During the interview process, the situational handling abilities of the candidates will be observed. By creating a situation when the candidates will be asked for convincing the clients for purchasing the particular travel package, the selection team will get to know about the convincing skills of the candidates.
Second round
After the first round of interview, 10 candidates will be selected among 30. In this interview round, the finance team and assistant manager will be involved in the selection process. As the role of a business travel consultant is to offer the travel package as per the needs and budget of the clients, in this case, arranging different range of travel package by maintaining the profitability rate is another important responsibility of the business travel consultant.
