If the organization is bigger, the entire regime becomes more complex & inflexible. It becomes quite a cumbersome task to adapt, steer & change the courses. The organization gets converted into a bureaucracy where there are high levels of rules, regulations, practices & policies. This will not help to take up the fair decisions. Therefore, in today’s world the organizations shall try to change itself with the growing pace of the same. It must also be seen that, the leadership within the organization tends to fail when the truth changes. Sometimes, the people in the organization feel that the enterprise will not face anything against them. But, when things turn up, they are unable to deal with it because the leaders who are a party to it were not bothered about the same.In order to tackle such situations & convert the unsuccessful leadership into a successful one leadership shall focus on training. Fair focus shall be portrayed over training & the training methods. This will help all the employees within the enterprise to deal with such situations in the effective as well as efficient manner. It must be also being seen that, technology is not a substitute for true leadership. For most of the people working within an organization, technology has been considered to be the major threats. It must be kept in mind that, when technology fails leadership shall always prevail. It shall be taken into consideration that, if there is no good leadership then the best technology will also fail. Therefore, technology & leadership shall go hand in hand. Lastly, leadership shall be looked beyond the horizon. This means that, in a global environment the lifespan for any organization is decreasing. Survival or the innovative as well as fittest is being followed now-days. Therefore, new leadership styles & qualities shall be followed within the enterprise. This will help in order to have a long life of the business (Grint, 2005).
