It was seen that, the problem was initiated in the year 1990 when the founder of the company was appointed as the Chairman of the same. This was termed as the turning point for the organization where in the entire charm for the organization was lost. The fact i.e. the long & loyal clients for Clemenger BBDO took their businesses elsewhere (Taskinen, 2002).
