The decision which is taken by management is bit harsh and may lead in monetary loss for the employees but there is no other action which may give an instant reaction upon the employees to stop this willing mistakes (Anderson, 1993). But on the other hand there shall be defined rules should be there for all taking all of the employees on similar measure. If I say that I have made the right and correct decision following all the code of ethics of ACS and legal aspects of Australian government. Then my decision is correct and I will be only thinking about the companies benefit and upliftment when I am at work. I will be carrying out the same decision and I don’t think there will be any kind of problem to my family with this decision. My younger’s can take a lesson from this decision and take out the learning that if there is any wrong doing in the society, school, college, family or office, wherever then the judgement should be proper and according to the end result and impact on the whole concerned and dependent people, these all things should be taken into consideration (Benedict, 2003).

Yes, this decision is quite informed, wise and virtuous people will make by considering and judging all the aspects of the effect and the resultant to internal and external phenomenon. So it is totally correct and shall be encouraged by the companies to avoid unwanted loss for the company that will have an indirect effect on employees and the management in various ways.

I can recommend some other facts that may be considered as useful or add on points for this case and the decision made. The company can give the employees a prior training to make them learn about the negative impact of their continuous wrong doing to the company and individual as a whole. That may make them cautious and the employees may stop repeating this.
