Interaction is always fruitful whenever it is taken up healthily it means if the interaction between the two people or a group is there and is healthy. The group dynamics is always present whenever the members of the group are interacting on a given account or issue. In forming, the group members have to familiarise with the task and that how the members of the group see to it. The second stage would be that of storming in which together all the roles and the responsibilities which they collectively or separately have to share. This can be successful when the members of the group negotiate with each other over responsibilities and how can they individually share the interests and the goals (Lewis, J 1998). Norming is the stage at which members of the group can even come closer and that the conflict can be resolved after coming on equal terms with one another. This stage would let the members of the group to determine the importance of cohesion and so would affect the bonding of the group members with each other and would help then take up the discussion in a smooth manner and to take the opinions in a positive light. Performing would b]e the next important stage which has to be there within the members of the group and it would ensure that the group engages at the level of creativity and the help which they can render to each other (Allenman, G and Niwot, C 2004). The last stage which is obviously necessary to understand the dynamics of a group is to put the discussions to a closure in a cordial way and that would be possible only when all the viewpoints are balanced and no bias is made towards any one member of the group. Therefore keeping in mind all these factors is important so as to ensure that all the discussions which take place are valid and match the collective interests of the group members and that they are directed towards achieving the goal successfully.
