(2004).Authentic leaders has played an important role in linking the practices of management that occurs both in the Western and Eastern organization .The concept of authentic leadership must be developed in an organization so that both eastern and western management can learn and also knowledge get exchanged. The main aim for this is to avoid conflicts in CEE management. Authentic leaders connect their followers with common goals. Authentic leadership inspires the followers in right direction.
