Introduction
The communication method is one of the important strategies that need to be adapted by the health managerial authorities in order to make the proper social interaction. This includes different aspects like the speaking, reading, writing and the listening to the sufferings of the individuals. This includes some of the gestures and the body language. Through the process of the communication, the feelings, expressions and the emotions can be shared and through this, the management can be able to understand about the basic roles, levels and the concepts in relation to the health communication strategies (Amati and Hannawa, 2013).
Developing Communication strategies
Some of the objectives, which need to be enlisted at the time of the communication, are:
Organizational Objectives: It helps in showing that what are the objectives and the aims of the research of then particular organization. It helps in showing that how the organization will develop some of the tactics and the policies in order to communicate with the individuals who have been suffering from some of the health hazards. In the current times, the main issue of the project is the alcohol and the youth. In order to reduce the consumption of alcohols by the younger generations, the younger generations need to be educated properly regarding the bad effects of the alcohol (Anderson and Ratzan, 2011).
They also need to be educated about the fact that the alcohol have the bad impact on the health and it can cause severe harmful diseases like the lung cancer , Syros’s of liver etc. The parents also need to educated properly so that they can be able to teach their children and the bad effects of consumption of the alcohol. Proper coaching and the tuitions need to be provided so that the younger generations, the teachers and the students can be able to know about different types of drugs and alcohols (Anderson et al. 2011).
The anti drug messages need to be conveyed to the younger generations so that they can be able to know about the side effects of the alcohol and the consumption of the drugs. The community needs to be encouraged properly so that the children can be able to know about the effects of the drugs and the alcohols. They can also be able to advertise the thongs through the process of different prevention programmes in order to see the risk factors that has been associated with the students and by this way , the younger generations of the economy can be targeted. Through the process of Pozible , the communication can be made effective with the younger generations. Through the help of this platform, some of the heath associated program me need to be mentioned and from here, the word of mouth can be maintained properly. This can be done with the help of the subscription crowd funding (Boudewyns and Paquin, 2011).
Stakeholders:
In this module, the stakeholders are the young consumers who are consuming the alcohols and the rugs. The stakeholders that is the younger generations are considered one of the important aspects. The proper alcohol programmers and the policies need to be maintained by the central and the sub national authorities in order to carry out the objectives properly. This will help in the proper management in the financial levels. Chiao et al. (2011) highlighted the fact that the nongovernmental organizations are also some of the important collaborates for the adoption of the alcoholic policy and they have been considered as one of the important component of the modern civil society. Some of the public health management has implemented this kind of policies and in this case, it can be shown by designing the proper stakeholder analysis.
The stakeholder management is very much critical in order to bring the success to the project. There need to be proper engagement of the right people in the right work in order to get the positive outcome. Therefore, stakeholder analysis is one of the important analyses that need to be made by identifying the fact that who are the stakeholders. After analyzing the stakeholders, it is the duty of the management to do the brainstorm in order to see who the actual stakeholders are. After doing this, the management also need to see the fact that who are the individuals that is the stakeholders who have been affected by their work (Agostino and Bylund, 2013).
Then the stakeholders need to be mapped out in the interactive screen applications where the stakeholders will be classified as per their work.

(Source: Dutta, 2010)
The above matrix highlighted the fact that the position of the grid shows that what the actions the management need to take in order to influence the project. The high power, interested people shows the more interested people who can try their level best in order to complete an action properly.
The high power less interested people shows the fact that those people need to be properly informed and put the people in those cases where there occurs no major issues and the injuries.
The grid low power interested people highlighted the fact that the people need to be informed properly so that they can be bale to understand the major issues arising in this module.
The last grid that is the low power and the less interested people highlighted the fact that the proper monitor need to be there for the better communication processes.
Tools:
Some of the effective tools that are required in order to communicate with the stakeholders are the emails, the web-conferencing etc. The management can also be able to communicate with the help of the pozible platform. As per Bruin (2011), it is one of the platforms, which can be used in order to communicate with the stakeholders to inform them about the harmful effects of the drugs and the consumption of the alcohols. The authority need to maintain the suitable web pages through the help of which the younger generations can be able to know about the harmful effects of the drugs and the consumption of the alcohols.
This will help them in taking some of the preventive measures in future do that their interests can be safeguarded properly. With the web conferencing, the training can be provided and through this, the documents can be shared properly. In order to make the communication effective, they can also be able to make the blogs in their web pages so that they can be able to get ideas about the harmful effects of the drugs and the alcohols (Dutta, 2010).
The posting of the harmful images and the diseases in the blog pages will help the stakeholders that are the customers to know properly about the products. It will also help in the development of the relationships with the potential and the interested customers by simply allowing the comment and the feedback (Healthcommunication.bu.edu, 2015). By this way, the trust and the empathy on the authority can be gained properly. In the era of the globalization, it has been observed that the customers specially the younger generations can able to access the internet and therefore for them the posting of the images in the blog pages helps the in gaining the adequate information. Google is one of the most powerful search engines in the world. With the help of this, any individual can be able to access anything and can be able to get the ideas about the relevant topics (Dutta and Kreps, 2013).
Metrics:
The metrics helps in measuring the impact of the communication strategies that have been adapted by the management. There are different types of metrics that needed to be discussed below. They are:
Activity Metrics: It helps in making the proper evaluation of the production and the sharing of the messages and in the same way, it helps in creating the best practices and the working procedures.
Reach Metrics: This helps in measuring the size of the audiences that is the audiences that have been reached with the help of the web-conferencing and through the creation of the blogs (Hogeveen and Lam, 2011).
Engagement metrics: The engagement metrics helps in showing the interaction that has been made with the audiences and in most of the cases, it also helps in the creation of the good relation.
Impact Metrics: This metrics helps in measuring the behaviors and the attitudes of the stakeholders and in many cases, it also helps in analyzing the facts that which things are right and which things are wrong in the process (Kreps, 2010).

Risk management:
While communicating with the individuals, the authority need to keep some of the factors in their mind that is the risk that has been associated with them foe the proper implementation of the plans. In this case, the risk management needs to be adapted by the management of the concerned authority in order to avoid the risks, accept the risk and in some cases to mitigate the risks. The risk management highlights some of the factors, which shows that in the case of communication; the management may be able to change their cultures in order to cope up with the situations that have been faced by the individuals. The proper meeting need to be made so that every individuals can be able to know the mindset of the others and it can be done with the help of the web-conferencing through the process of which the one part of the group able to understand the requirements of the others sitting in other part of the world. Brainstorming session is also another part of the affective communication tool that can be followed by the authority where every individual will be included in the group and from there the best resources can be withdrawn properly (Lee and Kam, 2014).
The other ways of the risk management plans highlights the fat that is informing the individuals with the help of the newsletters and the bulletins and this will help in decreasing the misunderstanding between the individuals and the management. By this way, the individual can be able to know about the adverse effects of the alcohols and the drugs (Health.gov, 2015). The questionnaire survey can also be made where the individuals will be invited to participate in the survey and from them the raw information can be collected and by that way, it will help the authority in taking the efficient and the effective decisions. Therefore form the above facts, it can be analyzed that in the risk management; policies, the communication and the information both rev required for the effective outcome and the sustainable development (Nelson, 2010).
Developing Communication Plan
Communication is the process of sharing of the ideas and the thoughts with the other individuals. By this way, one party can be able to know about the cultural aspects of the other parties and his can be done with the help of the outlets, the brochures and the newsletters. The communication can also be done with the help of the press conferences and the press releases.
